It was a very comfortable stay. The bed was comfy. I wish there was a bigger trash receptacle in the kitchen. Since it is a full size kitchen and we thoroughly used it. It was spacious enough and pretty clean. Nice price for the stay and amenities. P.S. breakfast was very nice on the weekend. Weekday’s breakfast was quite sp****.

Very nice hotel, with easy access to all of Charlotte, NC. All the staff were very friendly, front desk staff nice and welcoming. The room was clean with a comfortable bed, hot water, and basic kitchen utensils. The breakfast was perfect, just what you needed in the morning. Overall a wonderful stay!

Stayed at Residence Inn Charlotte/Northlake NC ABSOLUTELY, the worst Marriott Property I ever stayed at. Clerk that checked us in, gave us room on 3rd floor next to elevator. We unpacked, but noticed things as we unpacked like torn rug (looks like previous guest has a dog that pawed at the carpet. Light in bathroom burned out, toothpaste from previous guest on the bathroom door. Tube of hand cream in the bathroom was previously used! When we went down to go out to dinner, I stopped and asked why we weren't given room according to my profile (high floor and away from elevator)? She said she never looked at our profile and gave us first run of house. She never acknowledged our Marriott Status or offered an upgrade. Rather than make a fuss and ask to move, we said it was only 1 night and decided to stay in that room. Paper thin walls and never morning we were awoken by dog barking at 5:30 a.m. This hotel should not be allowed to keep the Marriott flag. Unbelievable and disgusting.
