Check-in told us if the room was not to our satisfaction to let them know. When you open the door, there was an overwhelming smell of mold/ mildew. It was like they knew this already because what a bizarre coincidence. She then switched us to 112. The refrigerator made a loud buzzing sound that made it difficult to sleep. There is mold all over the bathroom. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. When I showered the hot water disappeared after about 2 minutes. One of the worst hotel stays of my life, I couldn't wait to leave.

First room had water leaking in bathroom so was given a second room with no heat in February . They had no other rooms to move to and did not offer to comp or even discount the stay.

Area was good for our needs. Hotel was ok. Breakfast was fine. Our first room was missing towels. Since we checked in at 11 pm i guess no one could get us towels. So they moved us to another room. But the other room had an old tv that didnt have the movie we were watching and it had a growing bubble in the ceiling that looked like the ceiling was going to give way any second. Was an average travel stay hotel. Had better and def had worse

I was happy to find this location so close to my destination for the following day. Across the street was some shopping, fast food, gas, and other needed amenities. I slept well, no distractions or disturbances. Great stay!

I always stay at this property when I am in the area, I never have any problems. Check out is easy and quick, the staff is always kind.

I'm sure it was the worst experience in a Best Western, I was in room 106, a crazy man screaming in his room after 12 midnight, the noise of the air conditioning, turning it off and on, didn't let me sleep, the time The shower had a leak in the bathtub, there was water everywhere, there was no garbage chute to collect the waste from the room, when breakfast time arrived, there were 15 minutes left and the girl at the front desk told me that it was already It was closed, the truth is I think it was not the best option. After a 12 hour day of driving and I couldn't sleep

HUGE disappoin**ent. Definitely not a Best Western PLUS. There was nothing PLUS about it. Breakfast is a joke. Employees are not friendly (except Janae, she is a joy), the hot water does not work, the furniture is worn, and it a NO in every aspect.
