Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charlotte Airport Reviews

I reserved the room expecting to arrive in the early evening but after a really long flight delay I arrived before midnight. My room had been assigned to other travellers who had flight delays which had me worried as I had already pre-paid. I was upgraded to a King bed with no extra charge. The room was clean, and it had fresh towels and bedding. The shower was amazing after my long trip and the bed was comfortable. The young lady at reception. Forgot to remind me about Daylight savings so I set my phone time for the wrong time and missed breakfast but otherwise it was a great short stay.

The room was ok for overnight near to the airport, but isn't worth the price per night.

Very clean rooms, fast service, polite workers!

The biggest advantage is that it is clean, after all, it is newly renovated. However, the room is small and suitable for a solo traveler who needs to make do near the airport. The hotel has a free airport shuttle.

The room, although small was clean and neat, especially the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, not brick hard like many motel beds. Price was reasonable and a good value.

We had a one-night stay with family to attend a concert in the Charlotte area. One of our family members flew out of CLT on Sunday. We chose the hotel for the location as it was convenient to the concert venue and airport. Check-in was easy, the rooms were clean and spacious, location was good. The only complaint I had was with parking availability. The parking lot on Saturday night was completely full when we returned to the room. We asked the hotel what to do and they said to go to a neighboring hotel lot. This is absurd.

For the price this hotel was very good value. The room was clean and comfortable. I have stayed here before and will stay again.

Fine place for a 'park and fly' if you just need a room with no frills. That said, front desk attendant said to get to lobby 15 minutes prior to shuttle pick up (at the top of every hour). Shuttle was late, then showed up in a mini-van to take 10 persons (plus luggage) to the airport which was VERY dangerous. Beware.

The furnishing is modern and comfortable. It's clean and quiet, close to the airport, and good for short term stay The breakfast was not great, having only a few bread and bagels straight out of packages and no hot items, no yogurt nor eggs. Or any fruit.

For a 12 hour layover, this place was nice enough. The room was updated and clean. The sheet had a stain here and there but you can tell they were clean. The with a queen size bed was tiny home/RV tight. However, it was enough room for one 5’2 tall adult and a 5 yr old. Patrick the driver was amazing to us. The young lady at the front desk was as also kind and professional. I would stay here again, for a night.

I was double charged for my stay and it took me a while to sort this out. Otherwise hotel was fine

Nice clean rooms the Hotel was clean and very convenient from the airport with free shuttles to and from the airport.
