The first room had dead cockroaches, and the floor was not vacuumed. I will switch to another room where there were live cockroaches crawling above the refrigerator, and one crawled across my pillow as I was sitting on the bed….I won’t post pictures. The gym is currently full of dead cockroaches… the staff are very nice and friendly.

Literally scared for our safety and so filthy and dirty - this hotel in my opinion is a code violation. The photos did not match what was actually happening in the room. 1. Smokers at the entrance and smoke wafting in the lobby. 2. Near broken elevator, shaking as we move, filled with grime and dirt. 3. No breakfast like promised and paid for online. 4. Broken air conditioner in room when it's summer and hot and humid in N Carolina. 5. Cigarette smoke in the room that leads to no sleep and getting up in the middle of the night to put deodorant up my nose to disguise the smells. 6. Running toilet that leaves water or urine (hard to tell the difference) in the bathroom and on the floor. 7. Sheets that still had crumbs from the person before us, which makes us layer our clothes on top of the sheets so we don't have to actually touch the pillow or sheets. So disgusting I would never recommend this and feel like I'm owed a credit.

Unsafe and unclean condition....never stay here if you value your health and safety...shattered glass door...wires hanging in shower..garbage everywhere...bloody stains on chair floor and bed sheets...shattered clock..broken TV remote...too scary to even report to stay...place should be condemned

Know how the website says multiple times how they offer a free shuttle to the airport? Not true! Had an overnight layover at CTL and stayed here, called to ask where to go at the airport to get on the free shuttle and they said they don't have a shuttle sevice. Room was fairly dirty and the smoke detector had been removed, TV randomnly turned itself on and off at 6:00 am. If you have a layover and just need somewhere to sleep on the cheap until your next flight, it does the job

Don't this hotel. The hotel is in extreme disrepair. It smelled awful and the room was dirty and the bathroom was covered in mold. The Staff was extremely rude. I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here.

Place is sketchy and a complete craphole! Dirty, sketchy, and rude staff! This place should be condemned and turned into a parking lot. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this property

This has by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in!!! Nets flying around, water leaking from the toilet. Hotel was extremely filthy. I swear, if i would have been financially able to afford another hotel i would have. Look like the carpet throughout the hotel hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in years

The room was decent enough. Had no issues with bathroom or beds. If you just want a place to crash this will work. The rest of the hotel not the same. Smelled pretty bad. Saw the staff just dumping cleaning solution around the carpet to help with the smell. Elevator button was broken. Did not serve breakfast. Run down lobby area. Ice maker didn't work. Not the greatest neighborhood. Although we slept just fine I would chose something else next time.

Most disgusting place I've ever seen!! The room had filthy linens and curtains! Only had shears and no black out curtains. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The parking lot was full of trash and looked like a homeless camp!!
