This June (mid-COVID-19), I relocated to the Charlotte area and have been jumping from hotel room to hotel room - eight separate hotel rooms to be precise! To say the very least, life has been a horrific challenge, but today I was able to breathe a sigh of relief as I checked in to my NINTH hotel room. Elizabeth was working the front desk, and she was the MOST understanding, professional, warm-hearted, down-to-earth, EMPATHETIC customer service professional I have had the pleasure of meeting. It is easy to admit the hotel is not in the best area, but there are many services nearby that make accommodations simpler. If any reader has an interest in Econo Lodge then I highly endorse this specific location, all because of Elizabeth and her absolute professionalism. Thank you for your great service, Elizabeth!!!
