I liked the hotel but the app messed up my pricing amount and the guy working is acting all funny now. Not cool

Just terrible green pool, holes in the ceiling, walls. Broken thermostat hanging by wire. No breakfast as advertised. Steel terrible. Made a complaint over phone and front desk. Was given a call back 4 days later

Loyal Hyatt globalist member. Stayed here on an overnight flight layover. The negativity started before I even arrived at the property. Called upon landing inquiring about the free airport shuttle. Was immediately put on hold for several minutes only to be told there wasn’t one. Sp an unexpected $25 Uber ride. Upon arrival staff was nice enough but hotel was falling apart. Hallways are dark and musty and my room had a broken lamp. It overlooked the pool which hadn’t been cleaned in years. Absolutely gross. This is the first property in all the years I’ve stayed at Hyatts that I had a bad experience at. Avoid it.

They are using it as a boarding house with long term residents. Amenities advertised but not available, not even a bottle of water! Felt unsafe, my door was obviously forced open and broken at one point. Front deck didn't care. Stay away from!

Avoid at all costs. Hyatt should be ashamed to have their name on this property. It is in horrible condition and falling apart.

I Didn’t like the fact microwave and other outlets were not working. I reported the problem . Person at front desk said I’ll be receiving a discount.check out time explained situation. All she can say was the room is under construction! Why would you book that room? And received no discount for the inconvenience

Somewhat dated appearance. Room was fairly clean but hallways were pretty gross. There was a packaged toothbrush in the bathroom which is convenient (but quite wasteful, hand them out on request), TWO lotions and no shampoo. Have to deduct another point there.. I was also blocked / double parked by semi truck delivering food and was late to a meeting.
