The property was awesome with a very friendly staff. Conveniently located to what I was looking for. Definitely could tell that leadership is involved in the daily operation of the hotel. Next time my wife and I are in Charlotte we will stay again.

I’ve never stayed at a hotel that made me feel so welcome, it felt like an actual escape from home I never wanted to leave. The Manager Courtney was very comforting I dropped my keycard in the elevator crack while i was with my friends, and he reassured us it was no problem and helped me get back in. He refreshed our towels, and room service cleaned my room later that day after we all had went out. His staff is so hardworking you can tell they actually want to be here, positive attitudes all around, we will for sure be coming back.

I made a booking. Showed up at the property after driving all the way from Florida. Then they tell me their online site crashed so all of the bookings made online were no good?! They were completely full and had no more room?! I had to drive around looking for a new place to stay late on New Year’s Eve?! Absolutely ridiculous. Worst booking experience ever.

It was overpriced and nothing really worked plus neighbors were so loud it vibrated the room I was in!! My key was almost never working and I had to switch rooms after almost an hour and a half of playing with the keys!

due to an overbooked hotel, i had to stay here. it was okay. staff were polite and professional. no amenities and bed size was wrong, phone and tv did not work.

It had roaches and I had to buy my own pots pans and silverware. They also required a $150 deposit which wasn’t stated in the ad on *******

Clean lobby great staff very attentive great housekeeping great front desk staff great manager will definitely be coming back great stay over services always helpful always understanding always hard working staff has great patience with unruly guest at all times and it is amazing

MOKED in … kid’s playing outside all night … bugs.. floor was sticky … no dishes came with it …ir was just terrifying…it was the most terrible experience ever

Lakendra is awesome and helped me through a hectic check in as a book through Agoda and was having issues. The staff is also amazing and even though it seem like Courtney gave me a hard time he’s a sweetheart.
