Nice place stage is nice

Loved this place but you do get what you pay for place can get loud ceilings leak and smells like cigarettes

I’ve stayed here a few times and it was pretty decent some regular hiccups here and there but this black mold issue is a bigger deal than I thought

I had a great experience and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Will be returning.

Every thing was good

Check in / out took an hour each because the front desk lady was new and had no supervision. Vomit on the room wall, mold, anything disgusting you can think of you got it here. Hotel smells like **** / cigarettes, mostly due to the front desk worker smoking. I was in the room maybe 15 mins before deciding it was in my best interest to leave due to health reasons. Please stay at any other hotel.

The staff was very friendly and polite, but otherwise this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I will definitely never book this brand again. Carpet in the halls and elevators tearing from the floor, the room was filthy, carpet stained and filthy, bathtub dirty, curtains stained, stains all over the walls, the phone and mirror, crumbs in the desk chair, literally everything I looked at was filthy! The refrigerator did not work, so I couldn’t keep my leftovers from dinner or my drinks cold, the room smelled awful and moldy, and to top it off they deactivated my key the second night of my stay, so when I came in with my hands full, I went all the way up to my room, the key didn’t work for no reason, had to go back to the front desk for them to reactivate it. Not recommended for a stay!

Toilet was clogged but maintenance was able to fix same day- there was not bathtub faucet only a pipe sticking out. Was able to fill tub up for bath but was not able to use shower

Aside from a few stain in the bathroom and the side chair, I found my room to be perfect for what we needed. The air conditioning worked well on my room, the bedding was clean, and I couldn’t hear any foot traffic from the hallway. The breakfast in the lobby was also a really nice amenity to have.
