Checking in was ok, going into my room was not what I was told. The pull out bed was broken, there was soo much trash under where u attempt to pull out the bed. There were pieces of hair on my pillow cases. I immediately said I’m not staying in this room. I went back downstairs to the desk and explained the condition the room was in, he said he would have to go look. That’s fine but I’m the man time can I get another room. He gave me another room. The next morning breakfast was horrible boiled egg, sausage links, bacon and waffles. There was no juices available just a bad experience and would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Great customer service. Ride from airport the guy was very polite and friendly. Breakfast options were horrible and room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned found items from prior persons stay.

Muy amable el personal, van por ti al aeropuerto y al igual cuentan con servico para llevarte al dia siguiente.
Habitacion amplia y limpia.
Cuentan con desayuno, escencial, bueno, solo que este se termina temprano y ya no vuelven a surtirlo, al menos eso sucedio el dia que nos hospedamos.

Running faucets. Half inch long brown bugs. Poor unsafe internet. Run down in apperance. Paint chipped and cracked. Services only every 3 days. Very imcomplete breakfast if even served. I would tell everyone to never stay here.

Una excelente localización, está bueno para pasar la noche en escala no para días.
El servicio de transporte en la noche y madrugada no es el mejor. Porque nos restrasamos en el aeropuerto se fué y no volvió a recogernos. Mejor digan que en esas horas no tienen el servicio.
