Amazing everything

Wonderful hotel! Exceptionally clean. Staff is sooo nice. Architecture is so beautiful. Pool area clean with comfy chairs. Rooms spacious with comfy beds, pillows linens. Nice shuttle that takes you up to 1 mile from hotel to restaurants. Relaxing atmosphere. Spa area looked very nice although I didn’t partake of spa services this time. Many areas around hotel with comfortable sitting areas. I enjoyed reading my book. The only reason that I did not give this a 5 rating is because there was no in room microwave, coffee maker or fridge. There was a pre stocked fridge full of snacks you can purchase at a or r I was not paying. I would have preferred an empty fridge. No complimentary breakfast. There is a restaurant open at breakfast 18-45 dollars per person. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby that was very nice , but when my coffee cooled off I could not heat it up or refill it in my room. Room service is available. 7 dollars per cup of coffee. No gift shop or snack convenience store in the hotel. Numerous restaurants and Harris Teeter grocery with in a mile. . I will definitely return but with snacks!!!

The first floor room was subject to lobby noise, foot traffic/talking, doors loudly closing and restaurant/kitchen noise, as well as construction noise across the street.

Amazing property. Exactly as advertised. Would return.

I thouroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi, something that many properties do not have! The spa was also a wonderful venue treat!

This is a wonderful hotel. Definitely luxurious, especially the bathroom. We like to eat in the bar because we’ve been on the road all day, but the full menu is available there, as well as the Gallery Restaurant.
