We reserved a room with a King size bed, and up on reaching the property we were informed that they had no rooms available with a King size bed. We were told that ******* over booked, however we were not notified until we got there, which didn’t give us time to make adjus**ents. And the staff were very rude and unapologetic. Which made this a very awful experience.
