WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Charlotte - Arrowood

Arrived to find that our bed had been slept in, but the lady at the counter quickly fixed the issue with an upgrade. Thankyou. The area is a bit suspect.......and someone entered into our room one morning unannounced. Our hotel room could have been a bit cleaner and the bathroom door was broken. I loved the location for Carowinds. I probably would stay again bcuz we like the fact that the hotel room has all of the amenities including washer and dryer in the room.

This property reeked of **** from the moment you step into the lobby; even though they have a no smoking policy. When the AC started working, it would expel cold weed-scented air into the unit. The toilet's bathroom was clogged and asked for maintenance and the best they could do was “submit a work order.” This work order never was fulfilled and when I followed up, they offered a plunger so I could unclog it myself. Thirdly, my room was not serviced from one day to the other. The bed wasn’t made and no towels were changed. On the bright side, the unit has its own washer and dryer inside, and the space is wide with a comfy kitchen, small living room and ok bedroom. Definitely needs improvement, more staff and not mixing long term residents with hotel guests.

NICE AN LOVELY

Worst place I have ever booked. I checked in, went up to my room to find it completely dirty. There was a half dunk bottle of water on the table. The bedding has not been turned over from the last guest. All the towels were dirty on the bathroom floor as well as a whole bag in trash sitting on the floor. I checked in around 1 in the morning and just left to stay at a different hotel. I would not recommend at all.

I have stayed at Waterwalk properties before and hands down this is the worst location.

Great place but only were able to provide two towels for four people. Said it was walking day and they didn’t have any more to give out. Had to wait to checkout because long term tenant was fighting with them about rent. Didn’t have the three bedroom I booked at check in but gave us two rooms instead.

First room the tv didn’t work, we got switched to a different room. They don’t offer valet trash. You have to give old towels to get new towels. Food was in the couch cushions then the last night, our dishwasher went out.
