PLEASE READ. staff seem nice until its time to get information or assitance. ******* advetised something diffrent than what i got at the hotel and charged me extra. Upon me trying to gain clarity at the hotel, I was met an hour wait by the unavailable supervisor Stephanie who was on lunch and an out right rude and demeaning "GM" that goes by MARCELL (who do you think you are I DONT OWE YOU A LAST NAME ) and before you think it was me at no did i shout yell or do anything that would warrant such behavior... long story short neither party wanted to own the error nor did they want to reimburst me the diffrence. For what was advertised vs what I was given. Then when i had a valid issue like the gas smell in the room i was making it up cause i was unsatisfied with the room. They force you in to valet by saying its 24$ a day unlimited entry/exit vs being charge each time you enter during your stay. we did the valet the system they use you scan a Qr so your car will be waiting. Scan the qr while ur in your room getting dressed that way by time u get down there theyll have ur car other than that you gonna wait 15 20 min or if your lucky like me theyll loose your keys and have you waiting 40 min not say any thing to you. I dont usually write reviews but this was a must hopefully more people with these encounters take the time and submit there experience PEOPLE ARE CREATURES OF HABIT and hopefully this helpsome1else
