I’m not one to complain. I don’t expect the rooms to be like home but I do expect things to work. The dead bolt on the door did not work and that was troublesome for me. We tried to pull on the door to close the dead bolt. We tried to push on the door and close the dead bolt but nothing worked. The room was not dirty but it wasn’t the cleanest. There was spill spots inside the fridge which were sticky and not appealing. The staff was great. The front desk people where super nice and all of the staff we ran into was very kind. We didn’t complain about the lock or the fridge, we just wiped it out and we’re fine but just thought you might like the feed back. My brothers room also had trouble with the dead bolt. Again it just made us all a little nervous.
First time in Charolette. We will be back.

From the start Samira at the front desk is a treasure. She went way out of her way to fix the issue with the Travelocity screw up.

Noise from the road traffic and the ice machine is on even number floors.I was on the third and had to wait for the elevator to go up and down. Breakfast was a little expensive but the long wait time was more of an issue. For the price a free breakfast would be nice
