Hotel was average with the biggest problems being cleanliness and lighting/bathroom issues. The staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. Lighting in the room was not good. The light that actually gave off good light was the bathroom and its door was glass so if this light had to be turned on at night it lit the room up. Also the door wasn’t exactly see through but you could see a pretty revealing silhouette. Room has some small dirt and trash in it as well.

We had tickets to the Hornets and the Spectrum Center was just across the street! The Hotel was excellent; our suite was perfect for 5people and the free breakfast was the best!

One night stay for an event at Spectrum Center across the street. No issues at all until trying to retrieve our vehicle from valet. Waited in the lobby nearly two hours just for our vehicle. It seemed they had a bit of a mess going on from the evening before and we are patient people but a little more concern shown would’ve went a long way. Other than this, checking in was quick and easy. Access to the Spectrum Center was right across the street. Lots of restaurants and train access within walking distance. Room comfortable and clean. Overall, a decent experience but the Valet management needs some better communication.
