We usually choose Hyatt because it's an affordable hotel chain with generally good experiences. However, this place is just a disgrace to the brand. I don't know what kind of "good deal" they got for the renovation from the contractors, but was it worth it?! The room was full of dust and paint drops everywhere, from the mirror to the couch and TV. Everything was dusty, there was hair on the toilet, and the bathroom door had no knob(???), not to mention having to force the bathroom door closed as the toilet was in the way. What kind of job is that? All the debris from the renovation fell into the AC, blowing dust when turned on. So we requested another room... Although we paid for the king room, we got a queen bed, but at least it was clean and had doorknobs. It didn't have a security lock on the inside of the entrance door. Additionally, the staff was mumbling, barely able to understand what they said.

9/10. Hotel room was very clean. Property is currently undergoing renovation so I was skeptical when I stepped off the elevator but the rooms and lobby area were very nice.

My stay was terrible!!! My window was shot out along with 5 other cars. Would not ever stay there again!!! Area is not safe. Now I have to pay for a truck window.

No email! No hot water! Front desk said it was a common problem due to construction. Nothing was mentioned at check in though. Very disappointing stay.

Hotel was being remodels so several outlets and lights did not work also the room smelled of **** when we walked in!! we have a baby so we requested a crib and they did not have it ready.
