Very nice location, very convenient. There are a few animals, including a tiny owl, a tiny monkey and a gigantic tortoise. A delicious morning buffet.

I was impressed by the 270 degrees seaview at the balcony. When the tide was moving away from the coast in the morning, I could see fish and crabs in the shallow water.

No USB… late 80s decoration … highly wore-out wooden furniture … smell rooms … no central air-conditioning …..no control panel to turn on/off lights, ventilation, TV, lamp…. Only 5- 6 TV channels available…. All in a word… outdated

As we checked in the room (room number: 2016), we found the room type was different than the one shown on the website. It was clear that two beds were movable. For most of the people I guess, the beds are not confortable cause they are not fixed. Moreover, the beds were located next to the window. I could here the traffic outside all night. What made it worse was that we were not asked that our room had been changed or somehow .......no ! Nothing at all.

Location just next to sunset beach, and few minutes walk to American village. Great location.

The location is very good. It's in American Village, and there's a beach right in front of it. The building next door is AEON Mall, so it's convenient to shop for sashimi and alcohol. Breakfast is very good, and there are a variety of menus from Wagyu steak to tuna sashimi. But it's a shame that parking is a fee.

Nicely located in Chatan Beach with AEON mall next to it and American village within walking distance. Rooms are well kept considering the older design. Good bed to sleep on. Also free milk and diapers for babies.

Way over priced and charges extra for everything. Pool, beach umbrella, towels. Room was big and it's near American village but there are better options. Really wasn't satisfied at all.

Hotel location is convenient, overall service us good , room is clean / no housekeeping service if stay less than 3nights, though they provide fresh towel daily. Front desk very helpful to contact uber taxi when I left something in car.

The reception barely know English , I just wanted to ask them for a toilet brush to clean the toilet, but they don’t understand what I was talking about , and told me room cleaning on non-cleaning day needs additional charge . But I was asking the brush to clean by myself and not asking them to clean. They asked me to wait but then never called me back, finally I had to find the cleaning lady by myself and explained everything to them. Other than that everything is fine
