Quiet location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. A la carte menu was not interesting, so I had dinner around the corner.

A very unfriendly lady at the reception silenced me with a raised index finger. I had to pay the tourist tax again even though I had already paid. When I said that I had already paid, I was told that the travel agent was a fraud. The pool area can only be used for one hour. There was a power outage and no one cared... Several hours... there are so many great hotels in Kolberg and then there is this one. The workmanship in the bathroom was awful, switches keep falling out of the electric mirror... When I reported it to reception, they shrugged their shoulders.

I like the hotel's thoughtfulness. I needed to travel early in the morning, so they thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast.

The hotel offers a good standard. The rooms are modern, the bed is comfortable and there is a nice balcony. The water park is great! What is a bit annoying is that the entire electrical circuit in the room (light, air conditioning) switches off after about a minute and you have to turn it back on. Furthermore, the evening meal is a bit limited considering the variety on offer.

Overall, I am very satisfied 👍very nice service and very good food 👍

Price-performance ratio is right. The hotel is great, can only be recommended.
