Quiet location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. A la carte menu was not interesting, so I had dinner around the corner.

I like the hotel's thoughtfulness. I needed to travel early in the morning, so they thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast.

The hotel offers a good standard. The rooms are modern, the bed is comfortable and there is a nice balcony. The water park is great! What is a bit annoying is that the entire electrical circuit in the room (light, air conditioning) switches off after about a minute and you have to turn it back on. Furthermore, the evening meal is a bit limited considering the variety on offer.

Overall, I am very satisfied 👍very nice service and very good food 👍

Price-performance ratio is right. The hotel is great, can only be recommended.

An der Rezeption eine sehr unfreundliche Dame hat ein mitgehobenen zeigefinger den Mund verboten. Ich musste obwohl ich schon Kurtaxe bezahlt habe nochmals Kurtaxe bezahlen. Zu meiner Aussage dass ich bereits bezahlt habe wurde gesagt dass der reiseanbieter ein Betrüger sei. Den poolbereich kann man nur eine Stunde nutzen. Es war ein stromausfall keiner hat sich gekümmert... Mehrere Stunden.. es gibt so viel tolle Hotels in Kolberg und dann gibt es dieses. Verarbeitung im Badezimmer wär miserabel Schalter fallen aus dem elektrischen Spiegel immer zu raus... Bei Meldung an die Rezeption wurde mit den Schultern gezuckt

In general perfect stay. Possible improvements: more choices in the a la card restaurant :)

My favorite hotel in Kołobrzeg. I have been here two times and for sure I will come back. Breakfast and dinner taste good, wide range of meals. Room was clean and in modern style. Aquapark with many pools and attractions (also for below 2 years old kids). I really appreciate that the children's play area is available without limits. There are a lot of toys there and when the weather is bad outside, the child has something to play with Unfortunately small disadvatage is that some crew don't speak Polish. For me this is not a big problem, but it is the reason why I can not buy a weekend at this hotel for my parents, who do not speak English. And that would definitely make them feel uncomfortable

Very slow clunky check In system…not the fault of the staff who were very polite and helpful. Full board gives you cafeteria style eating of huge amounts of food but nothing exceptional or of a ver high standard. A La carte menus might be better. Very family friendly. Great for children. Miles of easy walking and cycling. Not the sort of Radisson that we’re used to but still pretty good in it’s own way.

Good looking hotel with all features including pools saunas gym and spa. Extremely kind and nice service, amazing people that make your stay even better.

We have already stayed at the hotel twice and found it perfect, just like the last time. Very friendly staff and excellent food. The room is large and the spa area is also very good.

Very nice stay in a new and perfect hotel. Impressive selection of alto viters especially for families with children. And good for couples without children. Good food. Good beds. Quiet. Nothing to postpone.
