Location: you need public transport to get there, and the car cannot get to the front of the hotel, but you need to walk a bit. It could be challenging if you are holding large suitcases. Cleanliness: Acceptable Service: limited hours of front desk support; you might need to take note of the service hours and prepare in advance. Not even able to store luggage before the service hour. Facilities: nothing much except for a tiny room, bad wireless network

Location is good with many small retail shops around. My biggest grouse is the service. Booked a room for three but they provided us with a 2 bedder. In the end, we had to accept two rooms on different level. Room is very small with hardly any space to open up your luggage. Sound proofing was really bad too.

advantage: 1. Near Taitung Station, it takes about 15 minutes to carry your luggage. 2. It is under renovation and the facilities are slowly being updated. Although the hotel is in an old house, the toilet water supply and flushing system are not like that of an old house. It feels like it has been renovated, and there is also a flush toilet! 3. The TV has free movies and YouTube to watch! 4. There is a machine for self-service check-in and check-out. shortcoming: 1. We arrived at the hotel relatively late and needed self-check-in at night. We had already searched for the hotel through trip.com, facebook, ig and the phone number and line on ig, but we couldn't contact the hotel! ! ! Because the hotel is being renovated, it is no longer called Jin Hui Travel. The contact information found online for Jin Hui Travel is old! ! 2. Even though we could not contact the hotel, we still arrived at the hotel. We had to use the phone outside the door to call the emergency contact person to have a chance to provide assistance, but we did not have a Taiwan phone number! In addition to the phone number, the hotel should leave other contact information! ! ! 3. The toilet is small and does not separate dry and wet areas, so some cabinets are moldy

There are cute murals near the hotel, so you can check in as a souvenir! The hotel is relatively clean, but the soundproofing is relatively poor. You can hear sounds from next door at night.

Youdian: The hotel staff is courteous. There are many restaurants, restaurants and various commercial businesses in the vicinity of "Shin Kong Mitsukoshi". There are also residential areas and shops of local residents nearby. shortcoming: Fortunately, ********* people are warm and helpful in the alley. When I was looking for the hotel outside the alley, I asked a local resident who came to me, and he was very happy to guide me on how to get to the hotel! The mattress of the bed in the room I stayed in was directly attached to the floor. After I slept on the mattress, when I wanted to get up, I had to push hard with my hands to support my whole body or waist. I felt Very difficult! There is no separation of dry and wet areas in the bathroom, and the entire bathroom floor is wet after taking a shower. When a drawer on the left side under the wash basin was opened, some greenish-yellow sewage had accumulated on the floor. The staff explained that the drain pipe might be loose, which would cause the water to drip out slowly.

The hotel is relatively new and the facilities are OK. I just wonder if they can clean the dirty marks on the door handle. The bed is still very clean. It is really suffocating to close the windows, and I feel very short of oxygen in the middle of the night.

Very suitable for light travel for 1-2 people A hotel hidden in an alley There are many brunch places nearby I’m not too worried about being hungry in the middle of the night. It's very convenient to order food delivery. Motorcycles can be ridden in and there are parking spaces The car needs to find a place outside The reception staff are very friendly Even if you check in late, there is a self-service check-in system If you stay for two consecutive days, you will be asked if you want to tidy up. The toilet is a maintenance-free toilet and the water pressure in the shower is very strong. shortcoming: 1. The sound insulation is not very good and the door opening and closing is very loud. 2. This room type does not have dry and wet separation, but the drainage is quite fast. 3. The TV is an Internet TV, and half of it will be delayed. Overall very good, will stay again

The following is my own experience of staying in Tainan for three nights on vacation. There is a self-check-in machine next to the hotel counter, but it will not give you the room card. The room card will be given to you by the front desk staff. The point is that this machine can only be used for check-in at 3pm. If you arrive early, you cannot check in first. You can store your luggage, but there will be no registration paper even if you leave it at the entrance of the lobby, so it is not recommended to store valuables in your luggage. - The self check in machine can only be activated at three o'clock. It is only responsible for registration and will not give you a room card. I don't understand the meaning of this at all? ? ? Want to save manpower but still need manpower to provide room cards? Moreover, the machine still has usage time. The self-check-in machine I encountered abroad can be used 24 hours a day and will also give room cards. This should be more meaningful for this machine? Because I went out to play after I left my luggage and came back in the evening. The counter is only occupied between 10:00 and 18:30. If you check in outside this time, they will put two room cards in an envelope and put them on the lobby table. The hotel door is a sensor room. You can only get in with a card, so you have to call and ask them to open the door for you. Precisely because I did not go through the step of "manually" giving the room card, no one introduced me to the so-called "check-in instructions". For example, if "there is no cleaning during the extended stay", you need to change towels, take out the trash, replenish supplies and water, and you need to "proactively inform you every day", otherwise no one will care about you! - Nowadays, environmental protection is advocated and we do not take the initiative to replace towels or supplies. Some hotels even do not clean for you if you extend your stay. I can understand and accept these, but no one told me about this at all, and the notice on the counter table only Tell us which phone number to call if the service staff is not available during working hours, or if you need emergency assistance outside of working hours. I thought there would be "house rules" in the room, but there were none. There were only emergency escape routes on the room door. Then I asked about it the next morning and said, "Oh, we won't clean it if we extend our stay. I can help you take out the trash and replenish supplies." But that night I went back and gave them new towels (but there were actually two at the beginning and I only used one), but "I didn't even refill a bottle of water." On the third day, I went out in the morning and came back in the evening, but there was no help taking out the trash. There happened to be someone at the counter, so I asked again if I could help take out the trash and change the bathroom floor mats because going to the beach is a bit dirtier. He gave me a troubled expression and said, "Well... I'll change it for you later." As a result, when I went home at night, I didn’t have the foot mat I was hoping for? ? ? Next, on the first night of my stay, I encountered the water heater "flaring up" and only had explosive hot water but no cold water or normal temperature water. It was already 10:30 in the evening. When I called to ask, it turned out that someone had responded earlier and told me that they were asking the manufacturer to repair it. After waiting for half an hour at 11 o'clock, it still had not recovered. When I called again, the other party was very embarrassed and said that it was being repaired. I'll wait a little longer. I said I'll wait a little longer at this time before I can take a shower. I want to be considerate of you, but I don't want to wait like this forever. The final solution was to help me move to another hotel, but when they saw that I had to stay for three consecutive days (I don’t know if the other hotel was fully booked or something), they decided to take me to another hotel to take a shower, and then Take me back. (Thank you for letting me take a shower elsewhere first, although it is basic for residents to take a shower) So I was already in a bad mood on the first day of vacation…. Unexpectedly, the air conditioner was not cold at all. I originally turned it on at 25 degrees and felt nothing for a few hours. But when I turned it on at 20 degrees all night and into the morning, I could still sleep without a quilt! You can't see the air conditioner machine. There is an air outlet like a central air conditioner near the TV near the door, but you are given a remote control for the air conditioner. I don't even know where to aim the remote control. I went out to inquire the next day and the reply was, "Oh, our machine is better and needs to run for a longer time. There are more people checking in today and it should be cooler than yesterday. We just turned it on to 16 degrees. There is a spot on the ceiling. Press the remote control on him" -So you don’t want to talk about any of this first? ? Or does everyone know that I am stupid? And the air conditioner can only be felt at the air outlet at the door, but the distance between your bed and the temperature is completely different. In the end, I was given an electric fan to solve the problem. To be honest, I can understand if you tell me in advance that there are some conditions in old houses. Many old houses will explain some of the conditions of the house at the beginning, or they will not clean the house if you continue to stay, and they will not provide towels, etc. to let you think clearly before booking. But this company didn't say anything. I was just like opening a blind box, discovering things one by one day by day. In the end, Lianshuishui called and asked the other party to directly tell me where the spare parts were and let me get them myself. I feel like this is more like Airbnb? ? But there are various situations that I won’t tell you in advance! Maybe most of the others stay for one day? So it seems like I have a lot of problems. I went back in the evening on the last night and asked the service staff, "Do you need to take out the trash every day?" She just said, "Oh, we had instructions when we checked in." What? ? To whom? I was not informed at all! I said you don't even have "check-in instructions". He told me that it was on the list he wrote for us when we checked in, but I didn't write any list at all. She looked at the table and said, "Oh, they've been waiting for you to sign in." What does it mean to be waiting for me to write? When did you ask me? I have to check out before I write the check-in form and then are you shown the check-in instructions? What inexplicable process? The point is that the piece of paper seems to say something but seems not to say anything. In short, I came to stay for three days on vacation. Living here is really clean, quiet at night, and the location is convenient. Other than that, there are a lot of question marks for black people. I won’t tell you not to stay here, but I think the “staff training” and “duty to inform” can be done better! Even if it's less than 2,000 yuan a night, it shouldn't be such a big problem. The above is my stay experience for three nights.

The location is good and very convenient for visiting Tainan. Although it is located in an alley and may be missed at first, its modern and stylish unique style will add interest and fun to the journey. The room layout is compact, fully functional and just the right size. Please be sure to pay attention to the check-in time. If the check-in time is after 5 pm, the front desk is unattended and even the automatic door cannot be opened. Emergency calls are also unanswered. I happened to meet a returning guest and was able to enter the hotel. In this case, it seems that you need to go to the front desk to get the hotel room card yourself. There is still room for improvement in after-sales service.

The table was dirty and had not been wiped clean. There were dried sauces and dust, but everything else was okay. Parking is not easy in the alley, so you have to find a parking space outside before walking in.
