Generally it was a pleasant stay and great experience. The engineering and housekeeping teams are fast to respond on our needs. Perhaps, the hotel could install better quality day and night curtains as we always being awake by morning and afternoon sunlight to the bedroom.

The hotel location is nice , but the cleanliness is not good , sewer smell was coming out of the toilet , the bed is not cleaned properly ( some leftover hair on the sheet ) , the living room table was broken and only glued back on so i almost broke it when touching it

I booked 2 non-smoking room but the staffs mention that it is not written. I have to then show the proof but it is pointless, they do not have enough room to accommodate. The swimming pool is attached to the condominium swimming pool and the staff has to manually escort guests to go in through a separate path. They also do not inform to take the in-room towel. Also lastly, the in-room towels are filthy. The hotel can do a better job in washing the towels

Hotel room are big and always have complimentary of breakfast but room not that clean. Overall good.

Recommed utk family liburan

Very nice hotel right in the middle of Medan. We were able to walk from the trainstation to the hotel. Staff is really friendly and room was great and clean. We got a free upgrade for a bigger room, which was nice.

Repeated stay. So far so good. Hope they can provide more power point for charging hp and provide detergent for washing those kitchen wares they provide.

Located very near the train station that goes directly to Kualanamu airport. The room is quite huge w bedroom and living room. The laundry service is affordable (I didn’t try it). There’s massage too that will go into your room. Opposite the hotel got street food very affordable. Walking distance from a huge mall (podomoro).

My 3rd Stay @ Reiz Suites.... Love the location.. walking distance to the mall.. Nice cosy place But Abit disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the place.... Hope maintain the standard..

the check in process was very slow. they took like an average of 10 minutes to check one person. if you have 6 person ahead of you, good luck waiting. i will not likely come back.
