The hotel is centrally located in Bukit Bintang, within walking distance of all the malls. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment. Catching a Grab is easy, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained. There are plenty of convenience stores and pubs nearby, as well as cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are well-kept, and the housekeeping service is efficient. I plan to return on my next trip to KL and stay at this hotel.. Plus, there’s a free membership available on the hotel website. I rate it 10/10.

Staying at Dorset Hotel KL was a pleasant experience. The moment I stepped into my room, I appreciated the modern decor and the overall cleanliness. The bed was really comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The bathroom was well-maintained, and I liked the thoughtful touches, like complimentary toiletries. I found the location convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it felt like a great base for my time in Kuala Lumpur.

The location is very strategic. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang hotspots and MRT stations. Suit for travellers who travel using public transports. Just a walking distance you'll have access to a food court and some nice cafes. We were there during public holiday, eventho the hotel is in Bukit Bintang but, it was far from noise. We had a quiet night. Glad that we chose this hotel. The room is very cosy and clean equipped will all the amenities mentioned. The staff were friendly too. The breakfast spread buffet was splendid! Various food to choose and we really enjoyed our breakfast! Would definitely book a stay again if I visit KL.

Location is very good, just a walking distance to the prime location in KL for shopping and food hunting around Bukit Bintang area.

The service is not a 5-star hotel. The room is a good size, no bad smell. The location is good. You can walk to Pavilion shopping mall. There is no parking in the building. You have to find parking around by yourself. The parking fee is high. It is not safe.

Definitely not 4 stars hotel. In need of refurbishment. Room is dusty. Pillows stink. The bathroom has mould. The hallway has some funky smell. As an allergic person, I have runny nose and sore throat after staying in room. Only saving grace is the location but still it is at the back and of walking distance to Pavilion and main Bukit Bintang area. Cut through JW Marriott and Ritz to have a bit of sheltered walk to the hotel from Pavilion.

Had a good time with my family who visit me from Indonesia. The room not that big but really convenient. 2 rooms 1 king and 1 queen. Have living room and also kitchen. Quite comfortable for a family with kids. Locations also near pavilion.

Check in is fast and smooth, there are 2 buildings, hotel and residence buildings. The room is big, bed is comfortable, great water pressure for shower, has a washer/dryer but clothes cannot fully dry after trying multiple times and it get loud, in the end went to a 24hr auto laundry shop about 5 mins walk away and a 7 eleven about 3 minutes walk away. Breakfast is below average… really need improvement. Hotel location is very accessible to the shopping and food area by a short stroll of walking. Transportations is easily available but getting back will have traffic jam during peak hour, I suggest alight somewhere 5 mins walk way from the hotel as the road outside of hotel can get really busy.

We recently stayed at Dorsett KL to for my daughter's Staycation birthday, and I must say, the staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience! The thoughtful gesture of preparing a delicious fruit plate and a personalized birthday card for my daughter truly touched our hearts. She was absolutely thrilled and felt so special. It's these little details that make a huge difference. The exceptional service, combined with the hotel's warm hospitality, ensured our stay was nothing short of fantastic. We will definitely return soon.

Room was spacious and comfy to sleep . Television 📺 should upgrade to a bigger one to make it easier for family of 3 to watch at the same time

This is a great hotel and the kids loved the pool area! Breakfast was wonderful and they had a wide selection of food. (waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc) The only thing is that if you stay in the suite like we did, be aware the bedroom is not separated from the living room by a door...we were a little surprised by that! Overall this is a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again!!!

The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful location which is close to Pavilion and Built Bintang shopping belt! Room is spacious but the hotel breakfast was meh. Will stay again though~
