Location a little far away from Shinjuku station but still near lots of shops and restaurants. Strictly no late check out, extension is chargeable

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Shinjuku within a short distance from the infamous red light district. One good thing about this hotel is the room soundproof system is so good. The room was quite small without any space for big luggage though. Opt for the room with heightened beds so you can push your luggage underneath the beds. Shower room was superb though!

Very clean and warm welcoming from staffs. Comfy bed, large bathroom, nice and strong water provided!! Def recommend. Only the location, since there are many ‘Host’ bars around the hotel. But other than that, everything was great!

Located dead on In the heart of Kabukichō, you've got all the hustle and bustle of that district right outside the hotel. Rooms are small (as expected) and clean, well designed. Staff friendly and effective. Thumbs up!

Nice hotel, friendly staff and clean room. Hotel is slightly far away from JR station, but near to the East Shinjuku Station. Many restaurants nearby anr open till late.

This is the red light district in Shinjuku! We were approached many times they were scouting for hostess. Cleaning once every few days not daily.

Bedroom is clean and convenient location to shinjuku

Room is new, clean, cozy and comfy. My friend who is particular about hotel room loves it. She loves that the hotel has black out curtain, the bed, pillows and quilt are comfortable, bathroom is spacious as well. Lawson mart is nearby. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Not all staffs are fluent in English but they still try their best to assist us. When enquiring about taxi, the hotel staffs were unable to give us info like how many luggages the taxi can accommodate. I think such information is important because we don’t want to book one taxi and then realised it can’t fit all luggages. And we are not sure if we could get a taxi easily on the spot. The hotel could improve on this. Other than that, our stay is pleasant. We will consider this hotel again should we visit Tokyo again.

Hotel is nice and new. Short walk from main shinjuku station, didn’t expect it to be close to the red light district/nightlife area. But overall still felt quite safe heading back at night and it was not noisy from the hotel. Room was decently sized for a Tokyo hotel. There’s a water dispenser at the basement level for communal use.
