Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was meticulously clean, well-equipped, and had excellent soundproofing. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around. It offered great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

Come one, come all, let's praise this place! First off, the service was fantastic. I was warmly welcomed and checked in by a lovely lady at the front desk, who had an excellent attitude. Then, the room service – the room was spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered a good variety, and you could also get a set meal. If you're in a room facing the road and find it noisy, simply close the window and it becomes pretty quiet. The bed was so soft, I almost didn't want to get up! Last but not least, and most importantly, the location is incredibly convenient. There's a subway station right next door, and a bus stop just a short walk away, making getting around super easy. You practically don't need a taxi to get to any attractions.

The hotel was very clean, and the bed was neatly made. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient, and they even gave us complimentary breakfast. The location is excellent, very close to Nanping Pedestrian Street and the subway station, making it super convenient for shopping. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

This trip to Kunming, the hotel really made me feel at home. The service was exceptional, especially the front desk staff – they were so gentle and thoughtful, patiently explaining all the local attractions to us. The hotel even provides these really helpful little direction cards. The soundproofing in the room was excellent too. After a day of exploring, coming back and collapsing into bed just made all the tiredness melt away. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming!

For the past 8 years, whenever I'm in Kunming, I stay here. It's right next to the subway, making travel incredibly convenient. There's also a fantastic barbecue place in Tofuchang Alley nearby that I always have to eat at.

Had a really great time in Kunming! I loved the city, it's so beautiful. In the evenings, I'd often take a stroll around Cuihu Park, which is right next to the hotel – the scenery there is absolutely lovely. The hotel breakfast was decent, and the rice noodles were particularly delicious. The front desk staff were excellent; they even recommended a fantastic restaurant with great food. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The location is also perfect, making it super convenient to get around. I'd definitely recommend it!

Facilities: Quite comprehensive! Cleanliness: Spotless! Staff clean the room daily! Environment: Quiet and beautiful! Service: Excellent service, staff even help with parking, very thoughtful.

The Vienna Hotel offers cozy rooms with complete amenities. It's clean and tidy, with a pleasant environment and a great location that's convenient for transportation and parking. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is plentiful!

Very close to a big road so if you get a room in thwt side is a bit noisy. The room though was perfect, very big and comfortable.

The only problem with this hotel is it doesn’t have non-smoking rooms. Location is good. Just outside the metro. Breakfast is ok.

Very good location,subway just next to hotel. Staffs are very friendly,room is vey clean. If I will visit kunming again, I will stay here.
