From the parking lot master, the doorman, the lobby manager, the restaurant waiter, and the room attendant provide me with great enthusiasm. The caring and thoughtful service made me very satisfied. Before I left, Yang Wenyin, the front desk clerk, kept helping me carry my suitcase out of the hotel. Every time I came to Spring City, I would choose to stay here. I would like to praise you.

Itās the Spring Festival, which is also the best season in Spring City. What I experienced this time was the duplex room in our hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel is right next to Dian Lake, and the location is unique. The attentive service gave us a pleasant experience, especially the delicious fruit plate and rose cake provided every day. The considerate service made us feel like home! Thank you to the hotel for the warm arrangements and to the service staff for their warm service. This is the first time I have the impulse to review. It is a very good hotel. Although the last room I grabbed is a bit small, all the decoration styles are in line with my aesthetic point. It is very beautiful, the details are well done, and the comfort is very strong. I actually used a Dyson hair dryer. The toiletries are the best I have ever stayed in a hotel in China. The breakfast is also very exquisite. Although the restaurant is not big, there is also a handsome and considerate butler who provides good service. There is no hotel with the best experience. One š¹

The overall feeling is quite good. The low service rating is due to the airport pick-up. Other services are very good. When picking up the hotel, I contacted the hotel and the hotel said that the car had just returned and asked me to wait for 15 minutes for the car to arrive. After the car arrived, I waited for other guests. That's OK. I understand, but I received a message after departure and went back to the airport to pick up people. The 10-minute drive took about an hour. Everything else was fine. I just arrived late and could only order takeout. Fortunately, there was a supermarket in the hotel, which was basically Temporary transition is possible

It is an excellent location for running enthusiasts to relax while passing by on a business trip. You can do a half-marathon around Dianchi Lake when you go out. The hotel is clean and refreshing. It can be seen that the owner is a person who pays attention to quality. The only flaw is that the space of the double bed room is a bit small. However, the service provided by the little sister is super user-friendly. Breakfast was delayed until 10:30 because of running. The little sister was still very considerate and helped to arrange it, and she would confirm it in advance. The open-air dining environment on the third floor was also great, and she was very patient when I left something behind. He called me to confirm and helped deliver it, thank you!

Very design homestay, located in the villa area not far from Dianchi Lake, the whole building is estimated to have about 10 rooms. The small courtyard and lobby are full of net red temperament. I went to Shilin early the next morning and it was not time to go out to eat. The younger brother also presented breakfast.

The room was superb and the boss was superb. Because of the construction, the view outside the window of the room was not beautiful enough. The boss also upgraded the room and left me the best room. I had to catch the plane the next morning, and the boss also prepared the road early.

SSharon AmandaWhat a lovely hotel this is. Located in a beautifully restored historic building in a tourist area that is very popular with people taking photos outside. It is located very close to Line 3 metro (10-minute walk at most) which make it convenient for getting to/from the airport, train station, and Western Hills. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly man who gave us a refreshing cool floral drink whilst he checked us in. His English was really good, which was great as we do not speak Chinese. We were shown to our room (Number 5) which was just so nice ā large, clean, beautifully decorated, with the most comfortable bed & pillows. The shower was amazing, in fact, I wanted to move in immediately! I was a little concerned when I booked about the fact there is no air conditioning, but I didnāt have to worry. There was a large, powerful ceiling fan and all the windows open (with mosquito screens to keep the nasty creatures out!) to allow the refreshing breeze in. Much nicer than AC, in my opinion. We did not have the breakfast so I can not comment. But every evening, someone came to the room and left us a flask of tea with a small note describing the ingredients and how it would soothe and unwind us. These little touches really made the stay perfect. We were returning to Kunming for one night at the end of our trip, and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel so much, I rebooked for our final night. I would highly recommend and will DEFINITELY stay here again if I return to Kunming

The location is very central, in the middle of a busy store and food area, but it's still quieter than any other hotel we stayed in. You are basically the only people living on the roof of this building, it's great!
The only downside of this area is that it smells a bit like barbecue outside, but I love barbecue so it's not so bad.
The room is huge! There are 2 couch areas, 1 terrace with a small table that we used to eat some takeout, there is also a small kitchen and bathroom in the terrace area. There is also a second terrace with a huge outdoor bathtub, surrounded by plants, great! Only wished it had a bit more light in the tub at night. Remember to bring some candles for best enjoyment.
The bed is the biggest bed I've ever slept in, with comfortable pillows and quilt.
The main bathroom is also very big, it has a nice shower, and a sauna! One thing about bathroom is that it doesn't have a fan, and it was a bit stinky in the morning. Also we had some trouble with the hot water, had to let the water run for a really long time to get it warm enough for a shower.
Other small things that prevent me from giving 5/5 is that it's missing small things like a place to hang towels or robe in the bathroom, and the hot water problem.
