"We got a standard room as a special offer. It was excellent - from the taxi drop off you could wheel a suitcase to the pedestrian area. The sign is in Chinese but while we were translating, staff came out to take suitcases. I appreciated tea and dressing gowns in room. Breakfast was 5 options inc one western. Excellent location. My room was quiet and very spacious."

"This hotel is the last hotel we stayed throughout our 16 nights trip and its a great decision to choose this hotel. After long days of travel, we had a very comfortable stay and rest in this hotel. Staff is very thoughtful and attentive from the moment we entered, offered us warm tea. Also enjoyed the breakfast selection, will recommend the cross bridge mixian for a comforting meal in the cold weather. Upon checking out, the staff also kindly helped us with our luggages to bring over to the Didi pickup point. Overall great stay and would love to come back again :)"

"We got upgraded to suite with one bedroom for free! Could never imagine we will get this experience. The room was so big and comfortable for family with toddler. My kid was happily running around here and there playing with her toys because of the huge space. The location was nearby Shuncheng Street where we can access the halal foods and also very nearby to the famous Nanping Pedestrian Street. Cleanliness and hospitality was top tier. We thank the hotel for the nice opportunity for our family :)"

"The staff was friendly and professional, always greeting hotel guest whenever walking around. The lobby is located at the 7th floor, but direction is clear and easily spot, just right beside Four Points Sheraton. Check in on Christmas eve and the reception gift us an apple gift. Breakfast is good, plenty choices. Room keeping service is great too, clean towel provided everyday, and the bed do tidy up (which some hotel they don’t). The location is superb, right in the busiest street, accessible to shopping mall and Kunming old street."

"Hotel is about a 10min drive from the airport. They offer free pickup and drop off service! The room was clean and well equipped, it’s a smart room so many functions are voice controlled which was cool. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. Bed is also very comfortable.
