This is probably the worst hotel in the world. The heat is unreliable and the hotel is freezing, the wifi is utterly worthless, the shower water is ice-cold, the staff tries to turn the electricity off and on to fix things, which sometimes works but usually doesn’t. They like to tell you things didn’t work when you needed them and don’t work now, but they’ll work later when you need them. Or they tell you they called someone to fix something, but that someone never shows up. Little things here are terrible too. They have trays of tea and cookies to welcome people, which they provided for our guides but not our tour group. Showers have no curtains. The freezing floors have no rugs. There are blazing overhead lights and nothing else (even though the room is equipped with switches for better lighting). Nice high ceilings and minimal insulation so when the heat finally works it struggles to warm the room even when set to tropical temperatures. Oh, the hallway lights click and off. Mostly off. Really tough to get your key in the lock. The locks are old and ratchety and take a few tries once the key is in anyway. There are flat TVs on the wall. They’re connected to nothing and get nothing. Merry Christmas!

The Most Beautiful Hotel in Chefchouen! I can't believe I could use this beautiful hotel at an affordable price. I can't forget the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a room with beautiful windows.

Love this eclectic hotel It’s not modern, the bathrooms are average at best but it’s location is great and it’s been decorated in true Moroccan colours It’s not 5 star by any means but it was fine for a few nights Breakfast is average but you can get a fresh omelette so not all bad

Our stay was a study in contrasts. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by the hotel's fabulous decor—a seamless blend of contemporary elegance and traditional charm. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the kasbah. The rooms were a haven of comfort and luxury, with pristine sheets and impeccable attention to detail. However, our enthusiasm was slightly dampened by the state of the bathroom. While overall clean, the presence of an unexpected bucket in the shower raised some eyebrows and left us questioning the attention to detail in this area. Unfortunately, the culinary experience did not live up to the high standards set by the hotel's ambiance and location. The food, while edible, was mediocre at best. We found ourselves underwhelmed by the lackluster flavors and uninspired presentation. In summary, the hotel offers a visually stunning environment and an unbeatable location for exploring. However, improvements in the culinary offerings and closer attention to bathroom amenities would elevate the overall guest experience.

Really centrally located in the beautiful blue city. The staff is friendly and efficient. Excellent buffet breakfast with omelette, bread, jam and coffee and tea. The quality of sleep is excellent and all the services for a backpacker are guaranteed.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Staff are friendly. The lobby and the rooms are beautifully decorated in traditional colours and furniture. It had been raining heavily for 10 days, and hence there was some flooding in some of the rooms when we stayed there. Breakfast was typical Moroccan pastries. They also made fried eggs on request. I had a working AC and heater in the room and a water heater in the bathroom.

I'm a tour manager. I called to book a room for myself. The front deskman confirmed to me. He's named Karim. We agreed on the price. When I came in the evening I found no room for me. Karim said I was late 🤔🤔. The hotel was fully booked. And he blamed me😡😡. I was tired and didn't want to escalate the issue. I left. So don't trust them when they confirmed you by phone. If another client comes before you you will be pissed off.

Not all the rooms have hot water. None of the showers have curtains. No fruit for breakfast. Internet works fine in the dining area but not in the rooms. But the heaters work and the rooms are quiet. Be aware there is no elevator. And it is near downtown.
