It is said that this is the best hotel in Chefchaouen, but our experience could not be worse. The facilities are only at the level of a domestic guest house. The bath water is not hot. The most annoying thing is that we were asked to wait for dinner after we ordered. It took about 15 minutes for the food to be served, but it took an hour and a half for it to arrive, not even an apology or explanation! If I didn't have the reception capacity, I would have told him earlier. Every time I asked, I had to wait again, and it ended up taking an hour and a half!
