"The staff are kind and the place is nice. The room is a bit cold, but they provide three blankets, so it's not a problem when sleeping. The location is also good as it is close to the cluster of blue buildings. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the CTM bus stop. It is close to the busy downtown area, and there are restaurants and small shops nearby. The price is reasonable, so I am quite satisfied."

"A very good hotel for the price. The rooms have water, TV, basic toiletries, etc. It's very convenient that the hotel is on the road and can be accessed by car. However, the entrance to the Medina is right next to the hotel. The staff is very pleasant, but the TV in our room didn't work. They were supposed to replace it, but it never worked. The breakfast is so-so. It's not so much the selection, but the fact that everything is laid out in a very unsightly manner."

"A wonderful hotel, everything about it is great - impeccable cleanliness and a new (very beautiful) renovation; responsive, polite staff; and the best view of the city. The hotel is located in the medina, right by the wall, which is a huge plus. It has its own parking, but the descent into the medina starts directly from the hotel. Upon arrival, we were offered a free room upgrade, and we decided to extend our stay that very day. There are good breakfasts and a rooftop restaurant with European cuisine, where musicians sometimes perform. Room service is excellent. The room is well-equipped with a coffee machine, daily water replenishment, and very good toiletries in the bathroom. We would be happy to return to this wonderful place and will definitely recommend it to our friends."

"I have stayed in several cities in Morocco and saw that this hotel is not as good as in China, but it is quite good. In fact, it is not a hotel but more like a family hotel. There are only 6 rooms in total. The two rooms we booked are double rooms and we don’t know the other room types. The room cannot accommodate extra beds and the space is limited. There is not much difference between the different room types for us because we checked in at night and went out after breakfast in the morning. There is no need to stay in your own room to see the panoramic view of the mountain city. There is a public balcony where you can take pictures."

"The room was very clean and tidy. The shower was separated from the toilet and sink only by a curtain, but it was spacious and water didn't splash everywhere. Muhammad was very kind and readily accepted our request for an after-hours check-in. He also held our luggage before departure. There was an early morning yoga class, which my daughter participated in and seemed to enjoy very much. The view from the terrace was also lovely."

"Another basic hotel located just next to the old city of Chefchaouen. Stayed 2 nights in a tiny room with beautiful view of mountains. Rooms are in the 1st and 2nd floors with an elevator. Staff is responsive and helpful but not proactive. Rooms are small, basic, smells old, need an upgrade. Furniture is old, beds are broken, lights not working. No fridge in the room. There was a kettle with tea and coffee. Water pressure was good. WiFi was working. Breakfast was reasonable, as usual in any other basic hotel, bread, pastries, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, and few other items. On request they might make an omelette. Big plus point is the location."

"Could be a great hotel. Located just 5 min from Chefchouan, on a hill, easy access. However, it looks hotel went down during covid and is starting to wake up now. Nice location, nice hotel, but most of fountains do not work, gardens are not well cared, pool is not working. Rooms are ok, but a bit dirty and it is a mix of Ikea furniture with traditional furniture. Could be a great place, but needs remodeling. Breakfast is very good."
