Due to some errors i have choose the same name hotel but different locations...I wanna to make a cancellation and many times negotiate..but they rejected...it's very unreasonable

There are not many hotels in the town. We mainly go to Cheltenham Women's College, which is very close and convenient. It is highly recommended.

Apart from being close to the school and being able to order freshly made breakfast, there are no other advantages. The room is too small to turn around. I will book a hotel further away from the school but better next time.

Small boutique hotel, the room is clean and tidy, the location is very good, it is very close to CLC, and it is very convenient to go to the town, I will definitely choose to stay next time

The bed at the George was amazing - a great night's sleep! The rooms are a nice size as well. It's a good value and the staff is friendly and helpful! Please do note that there are only a few parking spots on site that are available free of charge, so we did need to pay to park in the lot behind the hotel during both nights of our stay (which was very convenient.) I definitely recommend the George!

Great location centrally situated with free parking. Handy for visiting the Festivals or shopping and dining. Fabulous freshly cooked breakfast and freshly squeezed orange juice . Comfy beds and soft pillows. Our room wasn’t huge but had everything we needed ( except a biscuit!) . Would be great if the hotel had its own bar …

We had a lovely two night stay here. Good central location. Comfortable room, nice basic amenities. We didn’t try the breakfast but it was available. Limited parking at the back and plenty of other NCP type car parks nearby. Easy check in and check out. Good experience overall
