Great location with parking. Really enjoyed my stay at this relatively new hotel which has been finished to a high standard and is kept immaculately clean and presentable. The manageress has a very conscientious approach to the housekeeping and meticulous attention to detail. She is also very approachable and eager to resolve any issues and is helpful with local knowledge. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in the UK and overseas and I would definitely recommend this one.

Could not fault anything about our stay. Great location, comfortable stay with everything we needed in a lovely room. The car park was available and a stone throw from the main shopping area. We stayed here for the horse racing which we got a cab to. Would definitely return if staying in Cheltenham.

The room was stylish and modern, and had everything you could possibility need, down to sleep masks! I was particularly impressed by the bathroom facilities. The reception desk was also very helpful in finding the hotel over the phone. Overall it was exceptional value for money!

The best location for a weekend stay in the heart of Cheltenham . This hotel is very welel thought out , loads of little extras in the room . A convienient car park exclusively for the hotel is an added bonus . The manager was very helpfull even on a sunday

Fabulous boutique hotel. Room beautifully presented with every little extra you could ever imagine. The little bag of goodies was an excellent addition. Parking close by and key code access worked well. Superb advice from the staff we met. We’ll be back.

Great set up for check in and accessing the room. The room was very modern with very high spec equipment, applicances and bathroom. Lovely high ceilings and spotlessly clean. Free parking included was via code to a barrier which provided secure parking. Highly recommend. Kevin Buckinghamshire

absolutely beautiful place. very classy and sophisticated. Private parking, very secure entry, the decor was of very high quality throughout the entire place and the room was gorgeous. we had the best evening there and will definitely return.

Where to start, great location, seamless checkin (it’s all coded but does work and saves a load of faff). We had rooms 8,9 and 10z All different but comfy, new, very cool decor. Looks new (it is) and feels it. Shower was powerful, kitchenette had all you need, good quality tea and coffee. Decent TV and connectivity. Location is fantastic, close but not right on the noise of the main bars. Boston Tea party opposite, no hotel breakfast will match theirs, discount available too.

Stunning room with top quality facilities including pod coffee machine and a shower you never want to leave Code access works perfectly for car park main entrance door and room, such a great concept Location with parking an ideal combination
