能給孩子加床，房間很大，非常舒適！早餐17鎊，但單點的菜品，絕對值回票價！服務很好，離CLC和CC步行都很近。

位置很好，門前就是大草坪，周圍有兩個公園，步行去high street很方便，連鎖的法式餐廳cute也在附近。酒店是古典風格，有些老舊，但是可以接受。

酒店位於風景秀麗，寧靜的小鎮查克頓漢姆的中心位置，離到水上伯頓的公交車站801站royalwell步行僅需5分鐘，但作為一家4星級酒店，沒有行李員送行李，前台員工雖然熱情，但人手較少。下午時就衹有一人辦理入住。

First room we checked into hadn’t been cleaned. Second room was fine but the hotel is kind of old and had lots of stains on the carpet and furniture, and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Staff was nice.

I stayed here for just one night while passing through, picking The Queens Hotel from its TripAdvisor reviews and based on knowing where it was located, centrally in Cheltenham. The location is very good, easy to find and the buildings are attractive and well kept and there's a decent carpark around the back of the site which the hotel's own website underplays. Reception was good, they offered me a welcome drink and the bar that I popped into was very nice. My room (up the amazing staircase) was well appointed, comfortable and had everything that I needed in it. I'd say that the bathroom felt a little more modern than the room itself but both were absolutely fine. I didn't eat in the hotel other than to have breakfast where the service was good and the dining room was nice. I'd happily stay here again for a night or two if I was passing back through Cheltenham, it's a characterful building in a good location providing a decent service at a reasonable price.

We have stayed there many times and this Hotel and there team never disappoint Our room was front facing and immaculate in every way. The room was comfortable with every amenity Our breakfast maintained its high standard with a good variety of food to suit all tastes There was secure parking on site with charging points for electric cars the Hotel has a quiet ambience just the job after a good day of sightseeing
