Very nice hotel, in a great location. We had dinner on the 1st night, went for steaks which was really nice. We were upgraded to a superior room, which was very spacious and nice. For reasons that would take too long to explain, I like to sleep with a fan on. There was none and I had a ba sleep on the first night, fair enough. The next day, we went down for breakfast, and, even if the breakfast was nice, the service was horrible, not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel at all. It felt like we were disturbing. Even if we had paid for breakfast, we did not bother on the second morning. Back to the fan. After breakfast, we asked if we could have a fan bring to our room, which did not see to be a problem. We want for a wonder, lunch out, came back, no fan. Went back to ask. Cutting short, it took 3 attempts to finally get a fan. 4 stars hotel service? I don't think so. Poor.
