Totally bad

Do not book unless you really don’t care. Photos may technically be truthful but based on other reviews, and certainly based on my experience, they are highly misrepresentative. Nothing fully-furnished about this hideously unmaintained location. You don’t want to see my photos. It is should be below the standards of ******* to list such a place and the fact that I had to fight with ******* for some kind of remedy just made this whole experience even worse.

Pretty average accommodation. There was plenty of mould on the wall next to the bed. Other than that ok.

Room was clean is a start, bed was like sleeping on led, mold coming through, there was no cuttlery despite having tea and coffee in the room, there was no mugs/cups, so pointless even having a kettle in the room, all in all if your just wanting somewhere with a bed thats fine, but for the price, kinda crap, how anyone can list a price like this for something of this calliper is beyond me

Appalling room, damp, dirty, foam for a mattress. Smell of mould. Noisy, creepy. Broken toilet seat, mouldy towel hanging on rail. Constantly dripping tap. DO NOT STAY Avoid at all cost. Reality is nothing like what is advertised . Flea bites too

I feel ive been hoodwinked, in the heart of Cheltenham everything is beautiful, this place was a joke, disgusting, nasty looking, smell of damp, myself and my partner walked in and straight back out. Not at all as advertised in their pictures. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY! for an extra £20 we got a travelodge 15mins away. Save your money. Its an outright joke that its non refundable... because they know that every person who pays to come here will instantly regret their decision. They have no right to say non refundable... it should be up until the day before your stay. I am incredibly upset with ********** for allowing this shambles of a place to exist, advertises as a studio in reality it is a single room with a double bed stashed in it, no space to walk around, nowhere to place bags, and then put a makeshift counter with sink and microwave in it and the bathroom is to be shared but all these staying on the premises! Absolute disgust!!!

4(?) Bowls, 2 (forks, knives, plates), 1 cereal spoon, no tea spoons, 2 mugs. Why the missing bits ??? Microwave, clean fridge, TV, kettle, hair dryer, Chronic bed that creaks with every little movement. !!!! Not very comfortable either. One chair, so someone has to sit low down on the creaky bed. Door not fitting properly and had to be slammed/forced closed. Very useful at night time to wake everyone in the whole house up, except for your partner who would have been awoken by the creaky bed. Shared shower and WC, as advertised. Parking at rear. Free WiFi. Three options; 5g ( not on my phone), unspecified I could not connect to and 2g which I did connect to. Think long and hard if you really want to stay here

I have never stayed anywhere that made it so difficult. On the day of my stay, I was sent a message asking me to phone so that the £100 deposit could be taken from my debit card. As I had already used the card to make the booking this seemed odd in itself, but when I phoned I was told I would have to go to a different property in the town centre to have my card swiped before they would give me the access code for the property I was booked into. They texted me the address, but the text never arrived. Once I had got to the town centre property and had my card swiped the receptionist texted me the access codes for where I was staying - but this text never arrived either. The whole thing added 45 minutes to my journey at the end of a tiring day, and seems completely pointless. Given that it's possible to buy a car online these days there was surely no need for me to turn up in person to supply card details which the hotel already had. I will definitely not stay here again.
