在網上訂的高級大床房，入住的時候跟前台的小妹妹説睡眠質量不好，要求安靜一些的房間，小妹妹直接免費給我升級豪華套房，房間很乾凈，衞生間的熱水很充足，連續住了三個晚上，非常安靜，幾乎都是一覺睡到天亮。 酒店交通便利，到避暑山莊步行十分鐘可達，周邊吃飯也很方便，大清花餃子，滿族八大碗，東來順涮肉都很不錯。金龍廣場，寬廣超市都在酒店旁邊，購物也方便。 到承德南站，承德火車站，公交站也都在酒店旁邊，來承德住宿首選。

The room is quite big, the picture shows that we have lie down before, so the sheets are wrinkled, free parking, parking space is tight, there is a special master to help park, car keys at the front desk, navigation and walk to the summer resort for about 15 minutes, only 1 , 1 km, just a stroll away, we did not enter the summer resort, and we took a taxi to the Little Potala Palace, one of the Outer Eight Temples. There were not many people on the 4th. It was very interesting. The taxi was not willing to return. Let’s go, talking about traffic jams, so we rode the shared electric car back for the first time. It was still very convenient. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. We ate the Xiaobaiyang soup next to it. After all, we had to try the local special breakfast when we arrived in Chengde. Yes, the two-yuan sesame seed cake is really worth it, and the mutton soup is also very good.

點贊！ 來承德多次，這是服務體驗最好的一次。訂了家庭房，提前電話聯繫孩子喜歡在帳篷裏睡，怕地板涼，店方立刻請客房部大姐給孩子做了厚厚的棉墊子，娃入住和離店時大堂趙麗偉經理還兩次給娃送了禮物，娃住的開心極了，甚至説不想出去玩，就在酒店裡~贊贊贊！

First let me explain, I forgot to take photos of the hotel. Staying at Ziyu Holiday Hotel (Chengde Mountain Resort) is mainly for the convenience of visiting Chengde Mountain Resort. It is only a few hundred steps from the hotel to Chengde Mountain Resort. We stayed in a double standard room. The hotel room was not big but the facilities were OK. The hotel front desk clerk warmly introduced us carefully. Since I didn’t take any photos of the hotel, I’ll post some photos of Chengde Mountain Resort. The scenery of Chengde Mountain Resort in autumn is pretty good.

The location of the hotel is very suitable for wandering around. It is close to the Summer Resort (between Lizhengmen and Dehuimen). It is a courtyard style, with two entrances from the front and back, plus side rooms on both sides and several small houses similar to yurts. In the courtyard, begonias and other flowers and trees are in full bloom, with gray tiles and red walls, and the design is exquisite. There are tables and chairs in the courtyard in front of the room. If the weather is nice, you can drink tea or order takeout. It is very comfortable. Breakfast is served in the in-house kitchen restaurant, which is clean. There are not many varieties of food but the taste is comfortable. The kitchen lady is very enthusiastic (the bean buns made with self-made bean paste and the self-ground soy milk are both very good). It's great to come here during off-peak times. If you drive, navigate to the underground parking lot of the Mountain Resort (maximum charge is RMB 50 per day). You can park your car in Area C. There is a staircase for pedestrians to go up and down, which is closest to the B&B (100 meters).

Great location, short drive or 15 minute walk to Summer palace. Close to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. Rooms were very comfortable, although the one I staye din didn't have a fridge. Staff were extremely friendly. Didn't have breakfast but would consider getting it next time as the hotel was so good. Will definitely stay here again!

My experience was overall good, but the bathroom of the room I booked for the first night (single, queen bed) was so stinky at night that I could not bear it. I called the concierge, and the maid came to clean the bathroom (they were very fast= good service) but the problem is in the pipes, not in the cleanliness, (it was very clean) so spraying a bit of air freshener won't solve the problem. I changed rooms the following night. Also, it was quite noisy at night and in the early morning, they should keep an eye on noisy guests. Last thing, but not less important, people were smoking inside the hotel corridors and it was stinky. The management should try to enforce the rules of non-smoking. I understand that know nobody in the hotel wants to call on the smoking clients, but not enforcing the law results in other clients being unhappy too. All in all, I would probably stay there again.

It is really close to the Mountain Resort, and the price is very affordable, but the accommodation consumption is less than 300. Free parking is not given. You need to pay for your own parking. The toiletries are not very good. The sheets are old and there are holes. There are slight yellow spots. We brought our own disposable quilt cover so it has little impact.

By far the best accommodation in Chengde, in relation between price and quality. The service was amazing!!! I don't know how much money the reception ladies make, but they deserve a raise, every single time I had a question they were able to answer, from places to go, to places to eat. Limited english support, of course, but a translation app does the job. The room I stayed in was male-only. The beds all had curtains, an indoor light, and a private plug for charging, so no complaints. The in-room bathroom was always clean aswell. The only con would be the amenities, no towel, no toothbrush, but I had brought my own so not a problem for me, and this is begging to look like common practice at hostels worlwide. And you need to make your own bed. Aside from that everything was perfect.
