The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms had a separate wet and dry area, were clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they refilled dishes quickly. My family found it very comfortable and were all very satisfied."

You can still spot the Mountain Resort from a distance, though."

Give your supervisor good reviews The house was extremely dry, so I asked for two humidifiers, but they stopped automatically in the middle of the night. It’s like not taking it Breakfast is very sparse. It's not as good as a hotel that costs more than 200 per night. A breakfast of 98 yuan is really hard to justify. You'll know once you live there"

A new, 75-inch television was a nice touch. Getting to the Summer Resort by taxi cost less than 7 RMB. The Chinese breakfast selection was rich and delicious, and the watermelon was particularly sweet. It was also very convenient to find places to eat nearby."

On the way, I received a call from Miss Ziyue at the hotel front desk, asking about the arrival time and check-in requirements. We booked two room types. Because there were elderly people who needed care, the front desk lady enthusiastically helped us arrange the room. The hotel was close to the Summer Resort on foot. We had special circumstances and needed to drive. The front desk staff was patient and thoughtful to tell us. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and there were drinks prepared in advance in the refrigerator. The surrounding supermarkets and night markets are very convenient. I will recommend friends to come here!"

"It really pays to book newer hotels; the facilities are always complete and super clean. The front desk staff were all incredibly warm and attentive. The laundry room is on the first floor, and they even help wash, dry, and fold your clothes – so thoughtful! The only downside is that the air conditioning in the king room blows directly onto the head of the bed. You have to set it to a very low fan speed to make it bearable. I'd suggest adding a deflector or something similar."

A staff member kindly helped me with my luggage and escorted me to my room, which was a very thoughtful touch after a long journey. This level of service continued throughout my stay, with all employees being courteous and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, providing a great night's sleep every night. Everything was in good working order, and the room was quiet, allowing for perfect rest. The hotel's location was convenient for my needs, making it easy to explore the area. I would highly recommend the Chengde Sophia Hotel to anyone visiting the city. It offers great value, comfort, and, most importantly, exceptional and friendly service. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Chengde."
