__M1346668****The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were new, the lobby was spacious and the sofa was very comfortable. It should be the first hotels in the county. The room has a large bathtub and rose petals. It is very comfortable to soak in a beautiful rose bath from Saihanba. Intelligent service is very convenient, the whole process of voice control, there is a restaurant on the first floor, there are many places to eat around the hotel, very convenient.

2. Management is disorganized. Drunk guests knocked on our doors in the middle of the night, and at 8 a.m., they knocked on our doors asking if we needed our rooms cleaned. We had to swipe our card at the front desk every time we left the parking lot.
3. Even after staying there, we still smelled the lingering smell of renovations. The soundproofing was extremely poor, and we could clearly hear the chatter of late-coming guests and the noise of early-rising children. The soundproofing on the doors was completely useless, practically useless.
4. Smoking regulations were lacking, and the hallways were perpetually filled with the stench of cigarette smoke.

GGuest UserThe location and environment are good. One thing to note is that the inn has three floors, but there is no elevator. It is a bit troublesome to live upstairs with a lot of luggage. But when we checked in, the service staff was very considerate to help us carry our luggage, and we were quite embarrassed.
Living on the third floor, you can see Bangchui Mountain through the window. The lights are on at night. Not bad.
The car can be parked in the parking lot opposite, which is very convenient. There is also a family of five cats in the parking lot.
We stayed for two consecutive days, and they came to help us clean the room and replace toiletries the next day. If there is not enough water, you can ask the waiter to help get a few more bottles.
There was a problem with the water for bathing. The water flow was very small and not hot. It may be a peak period. The store expressed apologies in time and the attitude was very good.
Overall, it is good. There is a response.

DDoufukuaireleEnvironment: The hotel is near Puning Temple, about 10 minutes' drive from the Summer Resort. There is its own free parking lot in front of the hotel with a moderate number of parking spaces.
Facilities: The room space is moderate and the curtains are fully automatic. Because it is adjacent to the road, it is a bit noisy when vehicles pass by outside.
Hygiene: The cleaning aunt cleans relatively cleanly
Service: The front desk staff has a warm service attitude. The air conditioner in the room needs to be turned on manually by the front desk, which is solved in a timely manner. I don’t know if the breakfast room is understaffed, but when I enter the door, the aunt reminds me that I need to put the finished dishes into the kitchen waste cart. If you want to eat poached eggs, you need to fry them yourself.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and bright, and it was so new that people couldn't bear to go down. Especially the sink.
The service was very good. There was no breakfast arranged on the first day of check-in, but the platform showed that there was, and the manager did not let the platform find it, and sent it directly to the room from another store.

GGary Ong Wei KiatAbsolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round!
Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing.
They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice.
One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so!
Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us.
Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes).
All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon!

FFeichangguolianParking is free, and the security guards are enthusiastic about arranging parking spaces. The service is very satisfactory! When changing rooms, valuables were forgotten on the quilt. The room cleaning staff tried to contact me and return them as soon as possible. I want to give a thumbs up to the floor room attendant!

PPaulI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.
