GGuest UserOverall, it was pretty good. It's newly opened and very clean, and the location is easy to find.
On the first floor, the tap water was yellow, probably due to a blockage.
The room was very dry in winter, making it uncomfortable and so dry I couldn't sleep.
The hotel breakfast was very average; there wasn't much to eat.

GGuest UserThis was the last stop on my road trip back to Beijing from Inner Mongolia. I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip the night before. It was very American-style, with a complimentary horse-riding service for the children. We also had a boat trip on the grass sea where we happened to see the sunset, which was truly beautiful. The hostess was very welcoming, and the food in the hotel's own restaurant was also very good. Since I ate too much meat in Inner Mongolia, I didn't try the grilled lamb chops here. I'll definitely try it next time I have the chance.

GGuest UserThe location is better, next to the half tiger line, it is very convenient to Bailitian Road and Yunzhong Grassland. Especially you can drive a few minutes towards the Yunzhong Grassland, you can find a mountain bag that is convenient to climb, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset.
The room is relatively clean and you can see the mountain view. Now the outdoor temperature difference is large, but the room has sufficient heating and hot water.
Parking is also convenient for eating, and the service attitude is good!

The hotel is really close to the scenic area and is convenient to travel. White bedding, the overall hygiene is clean and refreshing. Warm service, responsive and impeccable.

GGuest UserLocation: Relatively superior. There is a river in front of the hotel, which is said to be the mother river of Chengde. It is very beautiful to take a walk at night and enjoy the night view. It's easy to walk to the summer resort. There is a supermarket next to it and a restaurant in the hotel. I eat three meals a day in the hotel. The dishes are rich and the prices are acceptable. I highly recommend it.
Service: The smiling service at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic. The Chengde travel guide was clearly explained. If you don’t know the guide, just ask them directly. I told them the wifi password and phone number, and if I have anything to talk to the front desk.
Room: Very clean, the quilt smells like sunshine, the bed is comfortable, I slept until dawn
Parking: There is a parking lot and a responsible security guard.
Environment: The hall is very elegant, beautiful, quiet and comfortable. It is really good to listen to piano music in the lounge hall.
Overall: I am very satisfied with my stay. I will stay here again next time. I recommend it.

In the first picture, there's a glass panel directly above the fish tank in my room. While there are blinds to block it, I went to the third floor and took a look, and it's quite see-through! So everyone staying here should be mindful of their privacy, especially women.
In the fifth and sixth pictures, there's probably animal hair, like dog hair. Don't sit on the sofa in the room. The colorful pillows are for small animals to lie on and sleep on.
I woke up late this morning and didn't have breakfast, so the host kept it for me. Great!

GGary Ong Wei KiatAbsolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round!
Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing.
They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice.
One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so!
Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us.
Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes).
All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon!

Originally, this hotel was not my first choice, but I clicked to see the hotel environment taken by netizens, and I lived here immediately! When I arrived at the hotel, the beauty in the photo appeared in front of me. In fact, you don't have to go to the surrounding attractions to enjoy the surrounding blue sky, white clouds, green mountains and green waters. I took advantage of the sunset and drove the car near the lake of Yanming and took some photos with the grass lake. The waiters in the store are also very warm and thoughtful, and the inquiries about my understanding of the surrounding attractions are also detailed recommendations.
When I checked out, I ignored the toiletries that I brought in the bathroom, and the store also contacted me in time. Finally, I asked them to help me express it home, thank you very much~

GGuest UserI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.

FFeichangguolianParking is free, and the security guards are enthusiastic about arranging parking spaces. The service is very satisfactory! When changing rooms, valuables were forgotten on the quilt. The room cleaning staff tried to contact me and return them as soon as possible. I want to give a thumbs up to the floor room attendant!
