Environment: The overall atmosphere was very relaxing, a clear contrast to Qinhuangdao. The different styles in each area were well-executed.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a trip with my family and had a great experience. The location of the hotel is very close to the Mountain Resort Scenic Area and can be reached on foot, which is very convenient. The hotel has a beautiful environment and the rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk service is enthusiastic. The front desk staff Xiaoming and Yanyang are very enthusiastic and the service is very considerate. The service in the hotel restaurant is also very good, and the food tastes amazing. I recommend everyone to try it. I will choose this hotel next time I travel to Chengde. ❤️❤️❤️

雙卧雙衞，很大的榻榻米大家可以躺着一起聊天。
酒店的服務特別好，每一位工作人員都很熱情温和，特別感謝下接待我們的鞏濛濛小姐姐，辦理入住加了我們的微信，幫我們安排擺渡車，提供遊覽和餐飲訊息，歡迎水果，補充房間內的物資，送了好吃的冬慄，讓朋友念念不忘，真的是無微不至的温暖關心。
第一天晚上下雨，還好有酒店的深夜一碗麪，讓我們不會餓肚子。
温泉公湯就在酒店前台隔壁，環境很好，很乾凈，很舒服。
非常完美的一次住宿體驗，強烈推薦

Ffutianmin1. Public areas are poorly clean, and the lobby windows are stained.
2. Management is disorganized. Drunk guests knocked on our doors in the middle of the night, and at 8 a.m., they knocked on our doors asking if we needed our rooms cleaned. We had to swipe our card at the front desk every time we left the parking lot.
3. Even after staying there, we still smelled the lingering smell of renovations. The soundproofing was extremely poor, and we could clearly hear the chatter of late-coming guests and the noise of early-rising children. The soundproofing on the doors was completely useless, practically useless.
4. Smoking regulations were lacking, and the hallways were perpetually filled with the stench of cigarette smoke.

Service was good they told us about some tours they offer discounts on and a cool show about an emperor that has like 300 actors in it. Was cheaper than just buying it at the location
I booked this because my wife said it was more “central” it was not. Kind of in the middle of nowhere tho near a temple we did visit. The other hotels are near the river and you can walk and see some real nice bridges and lighted up streets.
The photos make the building look really cool. While the photos aren’t fake it’s way smaller than I thought it would be.
The room itself was kind of small. Like half the size of the phoenix hotel and is only 4 floors so not much of a view. Mine was of a parking lot.
Bathroom was nice the toilet was automatic and had a heated seat.
No breakfast. Bed wasn’t all that comfortable and not much of a view. Did have a shopping center next door and taxis stopped near it.
Kind of pricey but that was because of the 7 day holiday they had. I stayed at phoenix the week before and it was 200 rnb cheaper, nicer, more modern, twice the size, nicer shampoo/soap and had free breakfast.

The location is incredibly convenient, situated just around the corner from Wanda Plaza, which offers a variety of shops, including a well-stocked supermarket and a modern movie theater. This makes it easy to find everything I need within walking distance. The services provided by the hotel staff are outstanding, with the front desk team standing out in particular. They have demonstrated a highly professional attitude combined with a warm and hospitable mindset, making me feel very welcome and well cared for throughout my stay. Given this positive experience, I will surely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Chengde.

DDahuaI booked this hotel by accident. I thought it wouldn't be very good based on the ratings, but it exceeded my expectations. The location is near Chengde South Expressway. We found the hotel quickly after getting off the expressway. The room was large and the price was right. It is considered a relatively high-end hotel in the same price range. The area around it is very quiet, with almost no noise. It is a very nice hotel!

Tturquoise2462Very disappointed. I was attracted by the hotel's brand. I didn't look at other hotels when I saw that there was one in Saihanba. I booked it even though it was a bit more expensive. I was very disappointed. This is the first time I give a non-five-star review. I am really dissatisfied with the hotel facilities. The waiters are very good. There is no problem with pulling luggage from the parking lot, the Hada welcoming guests in the lobby, the attitude of checking in and the souvenirs. But the facilities are very unsatisfactory. The children who stayed in the room for nearly 1,300 yuan paid attention to the room. In addition to cartoons on the wall, there were a few dolls on the bed, and one of them had a thread open and exposed cotton. There was nothing else related to children: the most basic ones were no children's toiletries, no children's bath towels and bathrobes, and there were no children's water cups in the photos. There were only two sets of toiletries for adults. Is it that the default check-in for children's theme rooms is two people? The tap water is yellow. The photos can't show it, but you can see that there is sand. Because there were many people on holidays, breakfast was free of charge for supplies, and the noodle stall waited for a long time for the bowls. After cleaning the tableware on the previous table, the table was wiped with a cloth to wipe the residue, and it was not changed to wipe it again.

GGuest UserI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.
