非常超預期，夜裡在房間觀河景，超美。無邊泳池水質乾淨，温度適宜，孩子玩的很開心，早餐也豐盛，嚐到了承德特色羊湯。服務特別好，幫拿行李，預訂部小楊服務很熱情，貼心。有機會再去。

屬於比較新的酒店，可以看到承德的武烈河，晚上到酒店外邊河邊溜達溜達，很舒服。房間很大，客房服務很滿意，打電話要水，非常迅速就送過來，感謝小楊。

第一次去承德，入住整體滿意，前台和客房服務都挺好，對需求響應很快，房間乾淨整潔，早餐豐富，味道也不錯。晚飯在酒店吃了一次火鍋，量大實惠，服務熱情。洗浴因個人原因沒去體驗。酒店有個小花園，有魚，孩子可以玩一會兒。謝謝袁英飛、宋、朱三位的專業服務。
