MMeiyouruguo1992This was my second stay at the hotel. Wulingshan Aranya has added a lighthouse park and a mountain-view restaurant, making it great for families with kids. Right behind the hotel, there's another restaurant and a grassy play area. For breakfast, you can choose from different options. We stayed two nights, so we tried Xiaoye's Japanese breakfast once and Shiwei Shangu's Chinese breakfast once, both of which were quite good. The complimentary public hot spring was also a nice touch, and it wasn't crowded, so the experience was pleasant. My only minor complaints are that the hotel's shuttle service is infrequent, leading to long waits during peak hours, and the staff's attitude wasn't as warm as during my previous visit. Also, we had to specifically ask for the raindrop cake and matcha experience, which wasn't offered as enthusiastically as before.

GGuest UserI went to Saihanba on November 1 and booked a loft room in this hotel in Weichang Town. Because we had to return to Beijing early the next morning, we stayed here at night after visiting Saihanba. It was very close to the highway. This is simply a surprise in this trip囍囍囍囍~
The hotel as a whole is very new, and the decoration is as luxurious as a palace. It really made us feel like we were treated like a royal aristocrat. LOFT is children's favorite. It is on the top ten floors of the hotel. It is clean and tidy, with complete settings, spacious space and comfortable layout. The decoration style is similar to that of a palace, with flowers and birds soft furnishings complementing each other.
The fourth-floor corridor can directly lead to the VIP building for dining. The corridor with carved beams and painted buildings is beautiful. It’s a little cold on November, but outdoor dining is also possible. Most of them are private rooms, which are very suitable for family gatherings. The prices of various dishes are moderate, the taste is very good, and the dishes are large! There was still a lot left after three people had three dishes and one soup.
The hot spring ticket was given as a gift. The children's play area is small and suitable for babies.
Overall, it's a pretty good place. The food is good and the accommodation is good. I hope to come back next year for a summer vacation!

GGuest UserThe room is quite big and relatively new, but the maintenance is average, the hygiene is not meticulous, and the carpet is dirty. The room was fully booked on the day of check-in, and there were two weddings the next day, so the service was not up to par. There was really nothing to eat for breakfast, and the taste was not good. Children over one meter tall were charged.

The housekeeper Zhou Jie is a highlight of this stay. She is caring and enthusiastic, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. Any needs can be solved in time, making people live very at ease.
There are also a few points in the fly in the ointment: First, the speed of private soup heating is slow, and the waiting time is slightly longer. It is recommended to publicize the precautions for bathing in advance, such as the time of bathing, and the tips for not bathing after drinking; second, the quality of paper towels is average, and the experience needs to be improved; Third, the limited activities of the homestay were not informed in advance. I met the service staff in the park and learned that there was a concert, which was a bit rushed for the itinerary. In addition, the homestay is located in the village, there is no convenience store around, and there is no place to buy the required supplies and light meals at night. It is recommended to set up a self-service commodity sales area on each floor or at the front desk for guests to emergency. The area of the park is not large, it is recommended to add some interactive activities to improve the fun of play. At the same time, there is currently no professional and standardized parking lot, and the ground is not hardened enough. It is not convenient to park and walk in rain and snow. I hope that it can be optimized as soon as possible. Overall, the environment and service are very good points, the flaws are not concealed, it is recommended!

3. The most bizarre thing is that the air conditioner panel is like a light. It lights up when the air conditioner is on. You have to turn off the power switch to keep it on. In other words, you have to turn off the air conditioner to keep it on.

As soon as you open the door, you will feel the Instagram style. The big bed is super spacious, and it is stress-free for two adults and two children to take a nap. Unexpectedly, there are also Lego toys and a small tent! The baby is having fun and the mother is relieved! In addition, I highly recommend their 5-story barbecue shop! I haven't even found such delicious and authentic barbecue in Beijing! The taste is amazing! There are no blind spots! The picky kids who are used to staying in various 5-star hotels said they haven't stayed here enough! On the way home, they were still discussing what to play next time haha! Conscience evaluation, it is definitely No. 1 in Kuancheng.
