I initially checked into a one-bedroom suite and found the room to be quite small. There wasn't a TV, so I had to contact the front desk to request a projector. Later, I found out I could upgrade to a villa by paying the difference, which I did. However, the room's cleanliness wasn't great; when they cleaned, hair and small snack crumbs were still left on the floor. Other than that, everything else was really good. It's perfect for relaxing, though the prices for everything within the hotel are a bit high. On a positive note, the private hot spring was incredibly comfortable!

I went to Saihanba on November 1 and booked a loft room in this hotel in Weichang Town. Because we had to return to Beijing early the next morning, we stayed here at night after visiting Saihanba. It was very close to the highway. This is simply a surprise in this trip囍囍囍囍~ The hotel as a whole is very new, and the decoration is as luxurious as a palace. It really made us feel like we were treated like a royal aristocrat. LOFT is children's favorite. It is on the top ten floors of the hotel. It is clean and tidy, with complete settings, spacious space and comfortable layout. The decoration style is similar to that of a palace, with flowers and birds soft furnishings complementing each other. The fourth-floor corridor can directly lead to the VIP building for dining. The corridor with carved beams and painted buildings is beautiful. It’s a little cold on November, but outdoor dining is also possible. Most of them are private rooms, which are very suitable for family gatherings. The prices of various dishes are moderate, the taste is very good, and the dishes are large! There was still a lot left after three people had three dishes and one soup. The hot spring ticket was given as a gift. The children's play area is small and suitable for babies. Overall, it's a pretty good place. The food is good and the accommodation is good. I hope to come back next year for a summer vacation!

The snowy mountains and forests are surrounded by clouds and mist, as if you are in a fairyland; the view is wide and transparent on a sunny day, and the sun is particularly healing in the forest. Service attitude and quality are very good, the items needed are delivered in time, breakfast is very good 👍 The housekeeper Zhou Jie is a highlight of this stay. She is caring and enthusiastic, and the service is meticulous and thoughtful. Any needs can be solved in time, making people live very at ease. There are also a few points in the fly in the ointment: First, the speed of private soup heating is slow, and the waiting time is slightly longer. It is recommended to publicize the precautions for bathing in advance, such as the time of bathing, and the tips for not bathing after drinking; second, the quality of paper towels is average, and the experience needs to be improved; Third, the limited activities of the homestay were not informed in advance. I met the service staff in the park and learned that there was a concert, which was a bit rushed for the itinerary. In addition, the homestay is located in the village, there is no convenience store around, and there is no place to buy the required supplies and light meals at night. It is recommended to set up a self-service commodity sales area on each floor or at the front desk for guests to emergency. The area of the park is not large, it is recommended to add some interactive activities to improve the fun of play. At the same time, there is currently no professional and standardized parking lot, and the ground is not hardened enough. It is not convenient to park and walk in rain and snow. I hope that it can be optimized as soon as possible. Overall, the environment and service are very good points, the flaws are not concealed, it is recommended!

There is a night light in the courtyard at night, which is very atmospheric and you can see the stars at night. The only fly in the ointment is that the bathroom water pipe is loud, and I personally think that I don't particularly mind can ignore it. Overall recommendation!
