LLibraKKKThe environment is pleasant, though the resort area is quite small and pales in comparison to Aranya in Beidaihe. The hotel's interior design is lovely and very Japanese in style. The courtyard features many beautiful hydrangeas. The minibar being constantly restocked is a definite plus. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant, where you can choose one of three à la carte buffet options; the food was decent. While polite, the staff's attitude felt rather cold and indifferent. There were no perks like early check-in, late check-out, or room upgrades, which is fine, as the hotel isn't obligated to provide them. What really ticked me off was an incident during check-out. The day before, the butler had explicitly told us that two bottles of body lotion would be left at the front desk for us to collect when we checked out. However, when checking out, the front desk didn't mention it at all until I brought it up. Then, the staff acted as if I was trying to swindle them out of a major freebie, going through a ridiculously elaborate verification process, only to eventually hand over just *one* bottle. It made me feel like I was begging for a gift. I almost decided to just drop it, but the more I thought about it, the more annoyed I became. They were the ones who offered it in the first place, yet they made me feel like I was trying to take advantage. So, I insisted on receiving the two body lotions that were initially promised. I've stayed at many hotels that offer complimentary parting gifts upon check-out, and those always cheerfully enhanced my overall satisfaction. This experience, however, left me absolutely furious. They seriously need to train their staff on proper communication protocols.

Because we had to return to Beijing early the next morning, we stayed here at night after visiting Saihanba. It was very close to the highway. This is simply a surprise in this trip囍囍囍囍~ The hotel as a whole is very new, and the decoration is as luxurious as a palace. It really made us feel like we were treated like a royal aristocrat. LOFT is children's favorite. It is on the top ten floors of the hotel. It is clean and tidy, with complete settings, spacious space and comfortable layout. The decoration style is similar to that of a palace, with flowers and birds soft furnishings complementing each other. The fourth-floor corridor can directly lead to the VIP building for dining. The corridor with carved beams and painted buildings is beautiful. It’s a little cold on November, but outdoor dining is also possible. Most of them are private rooms, which are very suitable for family gatherings. The prices of various dishes are moderate, the taste is very good, and the dishes are large! There was still a lot left after three people had three dishes and one soup. The hot spring ticket was given as a gift. The children's play area is small and suitable for babies. Overall, it's a pretty good place. The food is good and the accommodation is good. I hope to come back next year for a summer vacation!

I haven't even found such delicious and authentic barbecue in Beijing! The taste is amazing! There are no blind spots! The picky kids who are used to staying in various 5-star hotels said they haven't stayed here enough! On the way home, they were still discussing what to play next time haha! Conscience evaluation, it is definitely No. 1 in Kuancheng.

It was still very clean and tidy. The sheets and pillowcases were all new. But there is always a sweat on the bed, which is unbearable. There is a bath on the first floor of the hotel. Guests are free of charge and extra points.
