"The hotel experience was great – it felt safe, clean, and the service was excellent. There's a security guard in the parking lot who is very responsible, and the staff in the lobby are attentive and warm. The room was truly spotless. The millet porridge for breakfast tasted just like homemade – fragrant, thick, with a nice layer of 'rice oil' on top. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends."

We arrived at noon and had Chengde cuisine on the fourth floor, which was very authentic, tasty, and reasonably priced. The hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms had a separate wet and dry area, were clean, hygienic, and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was extensive, and they refilled dishes quickly. My family found it very comfortable and were all very satisfied."

"When I strolled around, I accidentally saw this homestay. In fact, I didn’t have too high expectations at first. It was close and then I booked it. Then I added the landlord’s WeChat introduction. The landlord was very detailed. The landlord was also very good. Many small tips and the like were very careful. I entered the door. It was really a surprise. The room was clean and tidy. And the faint fragrance is not a bad taste. There is no facilities in the house. The brand is very different from the B&B apartment on the Yuyue Mountain. This is really much better than that. Even it is said that it can't be put together. The supporting facilities are particularly complete. The top spray nozzle is washed. Clothing machine projector refrigerator The corridor space before entering the door may be smaller. I thought the sound insulation would be bad, but there is a saying that this sound insulation is really super good. The bedding is clean and comfortable. The toilet is also a smart toilet. In short, this is really an underestimated and serious homestay. It’s really a surprise. I live in peace of mind."

The B&B is small but feels cozy everywhere. The owner is very kind; they specially drove us to the Jinshanling Great Wall entrance in the morning, even though it's only a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel. I've been to several sections of the Great Wall, and I've always wished to stay in a hotel where I could see it! Today, that wish finally came true. You can see the Great Wall from the third floor of the B&B! Very comfortable.

RobEmRadaThe boss, who speaks good english, picked me up from the Gubeikou station, we stopped to buy some snacks and water and then he took me to the start of Panlongshan trail. He told me directions to get to Jinshanling. Pretty straightforward, hard to go wrong, just follow the spraypaint and ribbons. After sunset I texted him and he picked me up at Jinshanling. Very delicious home cooked dishes, both dinner and breakfast, huge portions, cold beer! The room was big, comfy and modern, great mattress and bedding. The bathroom was big and modern with different controls for a nice shower. In the morning (4am) the boss arranged local transport to get to and from Jinshanling for sunrise. Don't miss it, the sun rising over an empty wall; hardly anyone around. The hotel is just a 5 minutes drive from the ticket station. I wish i could give more stars. Great memories! The combination of Panlongshan and Jinshanling is like a 100 times better then Badaling. Very easy to organise with the train and overnight stay. And this is the best hotel to do it.

FrankBayThe views are fantastic! On the day of departure, the front desk even sent a text message with directions for driving there, which was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. It took about two hours to drive from Beijing to the hotel. We pre-registered our car and were able to park it in the parking lot. They even have fast-charging stations.
We also pre-booked the public hot spring and enjoyed the Eye Stone hot spring. The breakfast quality was also excellent. I highly recommend coming here for the experience!

The location is better, next to the half tiger line, it is very convenient to Bailitian Road and Yunzhong Grassland. Especially you can drive a few minutes towards the Yunzhong Grassland, you can find a mountain bag that is convenient to climb, and you can watch the sunrise and sunset.
The room is relatively clean and you can see the mountain view. Now the outdoor temperature difference is large, but the room has sufficient heating and hot water.
Parking is also convenient for eating, and the service attitude is good!

Guest UserI stayed at the Puning Hotel for two nights and three days, and it was an amazing value. The hotel has a traditional Chinese garden style, making you feel like you've stepped into a secluded paradise. On the rooftop, I enjoyed coffee, a gentle breeze, mountain views, and the sight of the Chan Temple – a perfect blend of classical and modern. Traveling solo, I visited museums, paid respects at the Chan Temple, explored the local market, and even fed the hotel's pet deer. It was a beautiful way to enjoy some leisure time away from my busy work life. The front desk, room service, and dining staff were all excellent, and the owner was very kind. All in all, it was love at first sight.

The price was fantastic, offering exceptional value for money that completely exceeded my expectations – I got a premium experience for a low cost. The staff were super friendly and patient, always responding promptly to any requests. They cleaned the room regularly, so I didn't have to worry about hygiene at all; it was a truly carefree and reassuring stay.

The hotel's scenic environment is first-class, giving you a feeling of openness. The facilities and sanitation are good, and the outdoor tents are very unique. It rained one day, and the service staff cleaned the room and replaced supplies on time despite the rain. The hotel management can consider the guests. Even after it rained all day, they still used the short rain break to carry out performances and bonfire activities for tourists in the evening. The actors still worked hard to complete the performance despite the wet ground, low temperature and the size of the audience. , touching. One detail is that in this weather condition, the hotel owner (I think his surname is Bao, I can’t remember clearly) has been accompanying the performers at the venue. It can be seen that the management is very attentive. There are also shortcomings. There are few types of breakfast. I hope it can be improved. All in all, this experience was quite satisfactory. The child said that she felt a sense of romance and reluctance. Unfortunately, it was cloudy during the two nights we stayed☁️, and we didn’t see the Milky Way, which made the baby feel the feeling of regret and expectation. Guest UserLocation is unbeatable!! The hotel is right before the entrance gate to the Jinshanling Great Wall cable car station and trail heads. You can actually hike up to good view points on the Great Wall injust 30-40 minutes. The hotel is in good condition. The room is mostly clean and well maintained. The AC works well. Toilet has a weird smell but didn't bother me that much. Wish they provided conditioner (only shampoo and shower gel were in the bathroom). Restaurant has many options for Chinese dishes and so is the buffet breakfast. If I come back, definitely book it again for the excellent location.

Guest UserI don’t speak Chinese, but the staff there were very friendly and helpful. From checking in to checking out, the front desk staff helped me like a personal assistant. She even scheduled a massage and taxi service. Local guests I met at the hot pools were also very nice and welcoming. This is somewhat old place, but I like places with history. Be aware of the large portion of dishes you get at the restaurant. I couldn’t finish all the dishes as a solo traveler.
