"My stay here was excellent! The room was spacious and spotless, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view of the city lights at night. The bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, quick to respond to requests, and even offered thoughtful local travel tips. As for facilities, the pool water was crystal clear, and the gym was well-equipped. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it's fantastic value for money, and I highly recommend it whether you're traveling for business or leisure!"

The property itself is stunning. Surrounded by mountains and nature, it offers a peaceful atmosphere that feels like a true escape from everyday life. The infinity pool was absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunset. Swimming while overlooking the mountains felt like something from a dream.
Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail had clearly been carefully considered, and the views from the room were spectacular.
The breakfast and afternoon tea were another highlight. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and presented with great care. GGuest UserVery good accommodation experience, surrounded by green mountains, beautiful scenery, away from the hustle and bustle, quiet and comfortable! The room was clean and tidy. I walked here for tea and climbed Jiguan Mountain. The air on the top of the mountain was fresh and the weather was cool. The service was very warm, and we prepared a barbecue. The farm food was delicious and highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room is quite big and relatively new, but the maintenance is average, the hygiene is not meticulous, and the carpet is dirty. The room was fully booked on the day of check-in, and there were two weddings the next day, so the service was not up to par. There was really nothing to eat for breakfast, and the taste was not good. Children over one meter tall were charged.

AAnonymous User1. The ID card was left in another car. After repeated negotiations, I was still allowed to check in. It felt cold.
2. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 o'clock. I go to have breakfast at 7:10. I need someone to turn on the lights and serve the dishes.
3. The most bizarre thing is that the air conditioner panel is like a light. It lights up when the air conditioner is on. You have to turn off the power switch to keep it on. In other words, you have to turn off the air conditioner to keep it on.

GGuest UserThe hotel has complete supporting facilities, including fitness, swimming, sauna, and karaoke. The room is clean and sanitary. As soon as you open the door, you will feel the Instagram style. The big bed is super spacious, and it is stress-free for two adults and two children to take a nap. Unexpectedly, there are also Lego toys and a small tent! The baby is having fun and the mother is relieved! In addition, I highly recommend their 5-story barbecue shop! I haven't even found such delicious and authentic barbecue in Beijing! The taste is amazing! There are no blind spots! The picky kids who are used to staying in various 5-star hotels said they haven't stayed here enough! On the way home, they were still discussing what to play next time haha! Conscience evaluation, it is definitely No. 1 in Kuancheng.

IIkkyuSojunThe hotel's location is pretty good, and the surroundings are very quiet. It's only about a 19-minute drive to Jinshanling Great Wall. However, the Jinshanling exit on the G45 Beijing-Chengde Expressway is closed, so you have to take a detour.
When there are fewer guests, breakfast is served individually with generous portions. When it's busy, they open a buffet with a wider variety of options.
The room was spacious, great for families. But there were a lot of ladybugs (or 'stink bugs' as some call them) that somehow got into the room; we had to clear them out as soon as we checked in.
The bathroom drain was clogged, so the facilities definitely need some maintenance. It's probably okay for a 1-2 night stay.

The room was spotless, tidy, and really comfortable – it felt so good to relax in. The pool on the 10th floor is stunning, perfect for photos, and the whole vibe is just amazing! Plus, the amenities are super comprehensive, with a gym and laundry room available, which makes it really convenient for travelers. I casually mentioned to the front desk that I wanted to buy a small watermelon, and a staff member immediately arranged for a plate of sliced watermelon to be sent up from the kitchen, free of charge – it was such a thoughtful gesture!
This hotel offers great value for money, and the attention to detail in their service is top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town, highly recommended!
