Jinshanling Aranya boasts relatively complete facilities and its own unique style. Personally, I felt the arrival experience was better than Wulingshan Aranya. You have to drive along a small mountain road, feeling like you're halfway up a mountain, giving it a resort hotel feel. The atmosphere calmed me down after arriving at the park. The rooms are spacious enough for families, with plenty of room. The service was excellent; the receptionist, Ms. Sihan, was very helpful, handling all kinds of inquiries, reservations, and coupons efficiently and meticulously, arranging everything even before we arrived. I recommend that if there are performances at the Valley Concert Hall, be sure to book a reservation – it's quite special. The semi-open-air environment was pleasantly cool, with a gentle breeze from the mountains flowing through, accompanied by the sound of violins – a truly relaxing and comfortable experience. Musical knowledge is irrelevant; the emotional impact was undeniable. Jinshanling could definitely utilize this building for events; it would likely be quite popular. Besides Western music, there could also be traditional instruments like the flute, xiao, and guzheng. I also visited the Jinshanling Upper Courtyard; the internal walking experience was quite good. It was a bit of a shame I didn't have time for a tea ceremony. I also stumbled upon a section of the Ming Great Wall, and I heard there's a scenic mountain forest trail that's also quite nice – I'll try it next time. The commercial atmosphere within the park is excellent; each shop has its own unique character.

Our first stay here far exceeded our expectations! My partner and I were on a self-driving trip to Weichang for the first time and chose the highly-rated Xiuhuan Hot Spring Holiday Hotel. Firstly, the lobby staff gave us a warm welcome. When they learned that we, as elderly guests, prefer a quiet sleeping environment, they proactively upgraded our room, which was our first pleasant surprise. We then had our second surprise when we dined at the hotel's fourth-floor restaurant: the chef's culinary skills are truly outstanding! All three dishes were excellent in terms of color, aroma, and taste, and even the 'geda soup' (flour drop soup) was top-notch. In the room, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable; the towels were new and clean; and the toiletries came in new, small, individual packages, which is both economical and thoughtful. Our final pleasant surprise was at check-out, where we were not only bid farewell with smiles but also given a souvenir. This kind of stay truly left a lasting impression, and we will definitely return if we have the chance.

The second time I stayed here, I went skiing with friends. It was as good as before. The service was warm and thoughtful. The food was varied and delicious. The room temperature and humidity were suitable, and I slept like at home. I will continue to choose this place next time.

I booked a double queen room for this trip, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but I was genuinely surprised the moment I opened the door. It's perfectly spacious for a family of four and more cost-effective than booking two separate rooms. The room was bright and roomy, and the cleanliness was impeccable. All the toiletries were disposable, which gave me peace of mind. The kids loved it too! The surrounding area is bustling with plenty of dining options. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The room was cleaned very clean, the lighting and ventilation were good, the bed was moderately hard and soft, the hotel was fully equipped, the bathing accommodation, dining and gym were all available, the front desk lady was friendly, and the questions were patiently answered. 1. The hotel and resort are separate; I stayed at the resort this time. 2. The resort is cheap, but the facilities are generally average. 3. The soundproofing in the rooms is really bad; most people bring children, and the children's noise is very clear. 4. The hot tub water in the room is okay, but safety measures need to be improved, especially the anti-slip features.

The front desk service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the staff were gentle and patient. They answered all my questions, were very attentive and caring, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Any issues I had were promptly resolved; they were professional and genuinely kind. It was a truly excellent experience.

Xinglong B&B is highly recommended. The owner is super nice and has a really great attitude, not a bit impatient! There's a parking space right at the door, which is very convenient, and you'll feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The environment gets a 5! My baby loves the owner's Samoyed, it's very well-behaved and adorable. The B&B is very clean 👍🏻, and the owner is very attentive, even down to the hairdryer and umbrella. I love the mattress and quilt the most. The mattress is so comfortable to lie on and is so kind to my waist. The courtyard is styled after the Suzhou gardens, which is exquisite and cozy. The dishes are farm-style, and the portions are just right. The owner is very considerate and specifically asked about my favorite flavors. I will choose this B&B again when I go to Xinglong. This is the best B&B I've ever stayed in, bar none! 🥰🥰

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!
