"Hotel is grand and new. Rooms are big and clean. Buffet breakfast has a lot of varieties and some menus change everyday. Staffs there are professional, nice and polite. Hotel also provide free entry couple to the spa wellness club adjoining to the hotel. We really enjoy the hotel services and facilities during the 4 days stay. We definitely will stay st this hotel if coming to chengde again. Strongly recommended!"

"After entering the city, we walked a little further and found a very quiet courtyard! We booked a room with a small balcony. It was very clean! There's an infinity pool on the third floor; next time we come in the summer, we'd book a room on the third floor—it's very convenient for the kids to play in the water!
The beautiful owner and her family were very welcoming. They helped us with our luggage upstairs when we got out of the car. The owner's house is in front of the door. That's where the photos are taken. The courtyard is also very photogenic at night!
When we arrived, the owner brought us afternoon tea, which was homemade and delicious!
The breakfast was also plentiful, all freshly made! The kids ate well too!"

GGuest UserGoing to Xinglong Mountain and Honghe rafting around the convenient and cost-effective hotel, the boss family is very enthusiastic, coincides with the Mid-Autumn Festival, sent moon cakes, fruits, chestnuts, when checking in, the boss told the surrounding tourism which is worth a visit, which scenic spots are closed, and it is very wrong to go less. The small courtyard and the room are very clean, and you can watch movies, barbecue, and KTV in the courtyard at night. The dishes for dinner are rich and the price is reasonable. Catch up with the unified style decoration of the town paving and street shops, looking forward to coming again next time.

The environment is good, the small yard is well repaired, the room is clean and hygienic, the boss is warm, although the breakfast is simple, but the food is comfortable, get up in the morning, breathe the fresh air in the mountains, very comfortable.

It is a 45-minute drive from Jinshanling Great Wall and a ten-minute drive from Muping City. It is recommended for family travel and vacation, but unfortunately did not experience the swimming pool. ~ Some guests are of poor quality, loud noise in the middle of the night, room staff prompts in place, 🙏

GGuest UserVery good, just next to the Mountain Resort, convenient to travel, the room is quite satisfactory, but very clean, the service attitude is really good, the second floor bar lady is very enthusiastic, very talkative, recommended the restaurant that locals often go to, really good 👍 The swimming pool is large and the water quality is very good. I saw several handsome guys Ni 🤩🤩 recommended recommendation

AAnonymous User1. The ID card was left in another car. After repeated negotiations, I was still allowed to check in. It felt cold.
2. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 o'clock. I go to have breakfast at 7:10. I need someone to turn on the lights and serve the dishes.
3. The most bizarre thing is that the air conditioner panel is like a light. It lights up when the air conditioner is on. You have to turn off the power switch to keep it on. In other words, you have to turn off the air conditioner to keep it on.

GGuest UserThe hotel has complete supporting facilities, including fitness, swimming, sauna, and karaoke. The room is clean and sanitary. As soon as you open the door, you will feel the Instagram style. The big bed is super spacious, and it is stress-free for two adults and two children to take a nap. Unexpectedly, there are also Lego toys and a small tent! The baby is having fun and the mother is relieved! In addition, I highly recommend their 5-story barbecue shop! I haven't even found such delicious and authentic barbecue in Beijing! The taste is amazing! There are no blind spots! The picky kids who are used to staying in various 5-star hotels said they haven't stayed here enough! On the way home, they were still discussing what to play next time haha! Conscience evaluation, it is definitely No. 1 in Kuancheng.

GGary Ong Wei KiatAbsolutely loving this place! The vibes is totally awesome and a nice place to chill with lots of activities to do, though unfortunately we only had one night here as we only planned to hike Jin Shan Ling, but we will definitely be back for more next round!
Service and hospitality is top notch and absolutely grateful to have such a nice bunch of staff who were super friendly and warm. The hotel was near Jin Shan Ling (about 5 mins drive) and they even offered to drive and pick us to and fro the hotel and Jin Shan Ling. Within the hotel, they were concerned with us feeling cold so they ferried us to our room as our room was a few mins walk away, and fetched us from our room to the lobby when we wanted to hang out at their chill areas there which turned out to be really relaxing.
They served super sumptuous meals including a hot pot set which was great for winter and even offered us complimentary dishes as part of winter solstice.
One of the staff named Henry Zhang gave us a tour at their exhibition centre showing the various scenic areas in 四季山, 金山岭 and 北京城! We enjoyed the experience sharing from him and the explanation to the various attraction sites, appreciate the sweet gesture as he didn’t actually had to do that but he did so!
Room was absolutely great and spacious, extremely clean and comfortable with heaters inside the restrooms which was super nice. It was a good night rest for us.
Breakfast was their local dishes which was great too and super filling (buns, eggs, porridge, dough sticks, specialty cold dishes).
All in all, we had no complains from the time we checked in, super loved the experience and it definitely make us want to book another trip here again soon!

GggggjdOld, come soon! ! I don't want to play mobile phones at home on the New Year's Eve. I bring my father, mother and baby to Longhua Hot Spring. If there is a ten, I will give the hotel a ten. The infinity pool water temperature is pleasant. I didn't expect to swim outdoors in the north in winter! Is there a value for the chartered venue? The hot springs in the negative are also unexpectedly good. In Beijing, many items that have to be charged separately are free here! Clean people are few, what bike do I need! The room TV is huge, the temperature is suitable, the service enthusiasm is not too much, and everything is sent immediately, the response speed! This is the evening of the New Year's Eve, there is no perfunctory at all! Will recommend friends to live, bless the hotel is getting better and better! And breakfast is also great, Chinese style is very delicious!
