"The hotel was excellent! It's well-equipped with very new facilities. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and reminded us of everything and made all the arrangements. The customer service staff were also very good and thoughtful. There's both underground and above-ground parking, which was very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, a great mix of Chinese and Western options with lots of variety. For dinner, we ordered à la carte at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious – really good."

"Didn't want to rush our trip, so this is my second time staying at this hotel. It's very close to the Mountain Resort, which was perfect for taking the kids to play. The tabletop had not been cleaned thoroughly and still had stains from the previous guest. The hallway outside the room was also dirty, dusty and wet. Comfort & Room Quality - Ok, room is spacious. Facilities & Amenities - Average. The hot water ran out halfway through my shower. Service - Ok."

"This hotel deserves a five-star rating for its front desk service, which was far superior to the treatment I received at the Yage Huanju Hotel in Beidaihe. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, thoughtful, and anticipated all our needs. Although the parking lot is small, the attendants proactively helped us park the car. The restaurant staff were patient and provided timely service. All the hotel staff made us feel well taken care of and right at home. The only drawbacks were that the room was a bit small, and the ceiling height was low, which felt a little cramped. The outer pane of the double-glazed window was quite dirty, likely due to the difficulty of cleaning it."

The trip to the dam to stay at the Squirrel Inn was a surprise. The itinerary decided temporarily, I didn't expect to have an unexpected surprise. The inn is comfortable, hygienic online, very close to the colorful forest. You must praise the housekeeper and be responsive. I will choose here next time I come to Fengning Dam.

First of all, the room is very large, and there is a bed in the living room. Secondly, the balcony is really super big and the scenery is invincible. When I got up in the morning, I opened the curtains and shocked the children. It was so beautiful. Come to escape the heat next summer. In the evening, a bonfire party was held intimately. The staff who played the giant panda were also very attentive and patient. The children played with him very much.

A person driving from Chifeng plans to go to Saihanba to see. Originally, this hotel was not my first choice, but I clicked to see the hotel environment taken by netizens, and I lived here immediately! When I arrived at the hotel, the beauty in the photo appeared in front of me. In fact, you don't have to go to the surrounding attractions to enjoy the surrounding blue sky, white clouds, green mountains and green waters. I took advantage of the sunset and drove the car near the lake of Yanming and took some photos with the grass lake. The waiters in the store are also very warm and thoughtful, and the inquiries about my understanding of the surrounding attractions are also detailed recommendations. Our family stayed at this hotel in Saihanba and had a fantastic experience! A special thanks to our concierge, Qiqi, who was incredibly kind and helped us plan our sightseeing routes, taking care of all the little details. Her service was truly heartwarming. The room was clean and spacious, with beautiful grassland views right outside the window. The hotel's environment is quiet and comfortable, making it perfect for both family trips and group travel. Definitely worth coming back to!

Location: The location of the hotel is very good👍Surrounded by mountains, the Fairy Valley really lives up to its name. It is less than half an hour's drive from all the major attractions in Bashang. Service: The hotel's service is very good, far beyond my expectations. The front desk is very professional and enthusiastic. The waiters will greet you kindly and comfortably no matter where they meet. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good both outside the hotel and in the guest rooms. The room we stayed in was basically hygienic, and everything you touched and saw was very clean. Facilities: The decoration of the hotel is relatively grand, and all facilities are basically complete. I like it very much. It will definitely be my first choice hotel when I go to Bashang in the future.

This hotel is really the right choice for the grassland during the holiday! The location is excellent, the prairie is out, the window is full of green grass, blue sky and white clouds, and the air is particularly fresh. The room was cleaned clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the hot water was sufficient all day. The boss and staff are particularly enthusiastic and will share the surrounding routes. The Mongolian food in the store tastes authentic. I had some delicious lamb chops here, as well as local specialties. I wasn't expecting much since we were staying up in the mountains, but once I entered the room, the overall experience was really good. I'd definitely stay here again next time. Finally made it to Saihanba, which I've been dreaming of, and the accommodation here is fantastic. We visited the local attractions, and they were truly beautiful.
