Third, I called the front desk and asked for help to deliver 2 bags of jasmine tea. The front desk said there was no jasmine tea, only green tea, and then 2 bags of jasmine tea were directly placed in another room. Do you not provide service? ? Still unwilling to provide service? ?
Fourth, about an hour after leaving the hotel, the hotel front desk called and asked where I put the vertical clothes drying rack at one of the front desks. Does your hotel think I can move the clothes drying rack? ? ? I'm convinced, that's awesome

1. The hotel is very high-end. I booked a Chenxi king-size bed room with two balconies. The view is very good, the room is large, and the catering service is in place;
2. Called to book car rental and cross-country activities. The young man in charge, Li Changjiang, was serious and responsible. He responded to early inquiries in a timely manner. He led the team and had a great time on the day of the activity.
Room for improvement:
1. Hotel room cleaning needs to be improved, for example, used cups are not replaced with new ones;
2. At night of 12.31, maybe because there were so many people, the hot water was obviously not as hot as the previous day, so it was a bit cold to take a bath;
3. The north is still relatively dry overall, and it is difficult to get angry. It would be better if the room can be equipped with a humidifier.

From check-in to check-out, the room attendant service is particularly good, especially the young lady at the front desk is particularly enthusiastic, the cleaning of the room is particularly meticulous and there is no dust, and the breakfast is great 👍🏻! The bath is also free, there are free fruits to eat in the bath area, and there are two large pools where children can swim in it. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in!

Convenient transportation, the hotel is built on the mountain, surrounded by green plants, like a natural oxygen bar, the lobby is spacious and bright, the reception staff is particularly warm, and the check-in is fast and intimate. The private soup room I booked was super pleasant, the room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable and comparable to five stars, the pool water temperature was just right, the water quality was clear, and the whole body was relaxed after soaking. There is also a heated swimming pool and a steaming room in the public area. It is too romantic to go to the outdoor pool at night. The breakfast category is rich, the restaurant a la carte is also affordable and the price is not expensive. The details are everywhere, the sound insulation is good, the hotel also sent fruit. Whether it is a parent-child trip or a holiday, it is super suitable, and I will definitely come again next time!
