5-Star Hotels in Chengde

We stayed at this high-quality hotel in Saihanba for our family trip, and the environment was simply excellent. In the evening, the hotel offered bonfire and performance activities, but we didn't have time to participate. It's been quite sunny recently, and the room didn't have air conditioning. The duvet was a bit too thick, making it slightly warm at night, but we could request a fan. The front desk staff were quite accommodating, and a special thanks goes to concierge Xiao Zhang, who was warm, thoughtful, and truly provided service with a smile. The breakfast experience was good, but dinner was very mediocre. You could get a blind box if you left a positive review, but the restaurant staff were quite indifferent. It would be perfect if the dining and overall service could be improved further.

The second time I stayed here, I went skiing with friends. It was as good as before. The service was warm and thoughtful. The food was varied and delicious. The room temperature and humidity were suitable, and I slept like at home. I will continue to choose this place next time.

Jinshuiwan Hot Spring Ticket for Two: The hot spring water is incredibly clean, and the area boasts several pools nestled amidst mountains and forests. When we arrived, the weather was light rain turning to sunshine, and the slightly cool, partly cloudy skies made soaking in the outdoor hot springs so relaxing. The swimming pool is 25 meters long and also filled with hot spring water, the temperature just right. The guest rooms are spacious, offering mountain views, and you can even enjoy the hot spring from your room!

The grassland in winter is as beautiful as ever. This is the transfer station from Beijing to Wuyuan. It is suitable to stay here on Friday night. This hotel room is relatively large and the bedding is more comfortable.
