Absolutely thrilled! The courtyard room offers incredible value for money. The hotel is super comfortable and clean, with a unique garden landscape. The staff and guests are all very friendly and pleasant. The eight little cats at the hotel are incredibly cute! And there are deer too! There are many fruit trees, and guests can pick and taste the fruit. We had some small cherries, and the staff said the apricots would be ripe in about ten days. There are only two things that could be improved: I smelled someone smoking indoors, so please enhance patrols; and the peacock cage is too small, which isn't great for the animals. I'll definitely be back and will highly recommend it to my friends. A truly wonderful trip to Chengde!

I booked a double queen room for this trip, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but I was genuinely surprised the moment I opened the door. It's perfectly spacious for a family of four and more cost-effective than booking two separate rooms. The room was bright and roomy, and the cleanliness was impeccable. All the toiletries were disposable, which gave me peace of mind. The kids loved it too! The surrounding area is bustling with plenty of dining options. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The young lady at the hotel was very enthusiastic; she even came out to help with our luggage, and her service attitude was excellent. The hotel room was spacious, looked clean and tidy, and all the disposable amenities were readily available. The hotel's location is great, right next to Jinlong Shopping Plaza, and very close to the Summer Resort, within walking distance. It's also not far from the Eight Outer Temples scenic area, about a 10 yuan taxi ride away. I had a wonderful stay this time, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengde.

Great location! It's right next to the resort, so you can just walk over. Plus, being in the city means easy access to restaurants and places to explore. The service was excellent. The staff were warm, generous, and incredibly attentive. We asked for directions to a restaurant, and they were so worried we might get lost that they actually walked us part of the way! I've never experienced that before, and it was truly touching. One of the main reasons I choose Atour is their pillows – they're just like home, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The room was spotless and well-equipped. And when we checked out, they even gave us a few bottles of water for the road! I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were all incredibly professional and had excellent attitudes. The room was spotless and very tidy. The hotel breakfast was also delicious and offered a wide variety. There's a Chinese restaurant on the second floor where you can grab lunch and dinner. The hotel's location is superb, very close to the Mountain Resort and other attractions. Right next to the hotel is a famous night market with a rich assortment of stalls. The restaurants nearby are also very comprehensive, offering a chance to try Chengde's local specialties.

Typical three star hotel. Staff have a good attitude, especially the floor managers and are willing to accommodate guests. Still, the hotel is a bit overpriced for its class , possibly because of the hot springs available to hotel guests. Hotel is close to the garden but it sits right on the tran track and the train whistle will surely wake you up at 4:30am. Some of the front desk staff are very young and apparently still in training (the receptionist took me to the room but let me carry my luggage). Breakfast is traditional , quite good.

The location is convenient, situated on a bustling main street, making dining and shopping very easy. A large supermarket (RT-Mart) is about one kilometer away, and online orders can be delivered to your room. The hotel is in a small courtyard with staff directing parking. For getting around, I recommend taking a taxi to the Summer Palace, as parking there is inconvenient; it's a few hundred meters from the hotel to the main road where you can easily hail a taxi.

Brilliant location for visiting the Chengde Mountain Resort. The hotel is located just on the other side of the wall of the park and is at a quiet corner 200m from the entrance. Very convenient for an early start to avoid the crowds. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at hotel. Room is good size and spotlessly clean. Many good local eateries within a short walking distance for excellent food at very reasonable prices

Had a fantastic stay! The room was meticulously clean, even in the corners and bathroom, with no strange odors. All the facilities were complete and functioned perfectly, and the layout was well-designed. The hotel's overall ambiance was elegant and quiet, and it was conveniently located for getting around. The staff were warm, courteous, and responded promptly to all requests. It was a comfortable experience throughout my stay, highly recommend with five stars!

The next morning, I went to the second floor for the buffet breakfast. The selection was diverse, a great mix of Chinese and Western options, and the flavors were rich. I was thoroughly satisfied with both the food and drinks!
