The hotel's location is excellent, less than 5 kilometers from the city center and very close to the Mountain Resort. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive, and the breakfast is abundant. We had dinner at the hotel once, and the food was also delicious. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic โค๏ธ, and the cleaning auntie's service was also very thoughtful. The front desk offers free coffee and juice. There's free parking in the hotel courtyard, and the parking lot is quite spacious, making parking very convenient. Five-star rating for the hotel!

Location - Good, strategic location, just opposite the high speed train station. Lots of eateries and convenient shops nearby, super convenient.
Cleanliness - Required improvement. The tabletop had not been cleaned thoroughly and still had stains from the previous guest. The hallway outside the room was also dirty, dusty and wet.
Comfort & Room Quality - Ok, room is spacious.
Facilities & Amenities - Average. The hot water ran out halfway through my shower.
Service - Ok.

After a long day exploring the Mountain Resort, coming back to this hotel for some Japanese food, a spa treatment, and a swim was an absolute lifesaver โ a true gem for a vacation! ๐ค Manager Sun Mengyang was incredibly helpful and responsible, following up on our extended stay. Many thanks!

This stay truly surprised me! The hotel exterior is grand, and at night, the lights create such a great ambiance โจ
๐ The room facilities are very new, and the hygiene details are perfectly handled, making for a super comfortable stay~
๐ What impressed me most was the complimentary Chengde specialty drink, Lulu! The glass bottle packaging felt so nostalgic, and it tasted just like childhood๐
๐ The points redemption program is also fantastic! You can even earn points by writing a review to offset room fees, which is incredibly cost-effective!

๐ Five-star recommendation! The Crowne Plaza Chengde Jinbao offers an amazing experience!
The location is absolutely perfect, right next to Wanda Plaza and not far from the Mountain Resort, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spacious and elegant, with expansive city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the details were well thought out. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the service was warm and professional; the front desk staff were attentive and responsive. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the gym and pool facilities were excellent. Free parking was a huge plus. Suitable for both business and leisure, it's definitely the top choice for a high-end hotel in Chengde!

This hotel is super close to the high-speed rail station โ just a quick walk through the underpass. There's a Lawson convenience store and several other eateries nearby. The only downside is its distance from the city center; it's about a 30-minute drive to the Summer Resort. On the bright side, the hotel's disposable towels were excellent and very hygienic.

Spent the weekend in Hebei, with Chengde as our first stop. We checked into the hotel a little after 1 PM, and the place was bustling with guests โ apparently, there were three wedding banquets going on. When we left the hotel around noon the next day, there were another two wedding receptions happening. A local friend told me that Zhaofeng is considered the best hotel in Chengde, and hosting a wedding or any banquet there is a huge status symbol. It's not particularly close to the Summer Resort, so you'll need to take a taxi to get there.

It's very nice. The environment is very good. It's very close to the high-speed rail station. It's very convenient to take the bus. There are many places to eat nearby. The hotel buffet also has many and rich categories. I highly recommend it.

Booked this hotel for the National Day holiday. The hotel room is very large, very close to the high-speed rail station, and the front desk staff on duty is very considerate. Hot water was provided when it was cold, and they helped to store my luggage after I checked out, but a deposit was required for accommodation.

Guest UserThis stay experience far exceeded expectations, must give full praise! The hotel is in a great location, not far from the subway station, the surrounding business districts, specialty restaurants are complete, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The lobby is clean and tidy, the aroma is soothing, and the fatigue of the journey is relieved as soon as you enter the door. The front desk staff was gentle and courteous, the check-in was efficient and fast, and the breakfast time and the location of the laundry room were actively informed. They also warmly recommended local play routes, and the intimate details were full.
The rooms are spacious and bright, with good lighting, the whole house is spotless, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the quality of toiletries is online. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the room is excellently soundproofed, the night is very quiet, and there is no interference in sleeping overnight. WiFi signal is stable, TV can be screened, facilities are complete and easy to use.
