Traveling from Beijing to Chengde by car, I chose the Hilton Garden Inn on the platform. I've always trusted the brand's quality and service, and this time was no disappointment! ๐
The rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn are spacious, with views of Chengde's 'Mother River,' the Wulie River, outside the window (P2). In the lobby, there's a self-service fresh coffee machine, drinks, and snacks (P6). The hotel's breakfast buffet is also very rich (P7) โ๐ฐ.
The service at Hilton Garden Inn is excellent. The front desk staff and housekeepers greet you with smiles and are always ready to answer any questions, making you feel right at home! ๐
Tips: The Hilton Garden Inn is located in the core scenic area of Chengde, 4 kilometers from the Chengde Summer Resort and 9 kilometers from the Puning Temple (Little Potala Palace). It's very convenient to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn if you're traveling by car. ๐๐

Location - Good, strategic location, just opposite the high speed train station. Lots of eateries and convenient shops nearby, super convenient.
Cleanliness - Required improvement. The tabletop had not been cleaned thoroughly and still had stains from the previous guest. The hallway outside the room was also dirty, dusty and wet.
Comfort & Room Quality - Ok, room is spacious.
Facilities & Amenities - Average. The hot water ran out halfway through my shower.
Service - Ok.

The hotel's็กฌไปถ facilities are genuinely impressive. The lobby is opulent and incredibly luxurious, and the rooms are well-equipped. However, the soft services are truly disappointing. From check-in at the front desk to breakfast, the service attitude wasn't even polite. My family of three arrived for breakfast just 5 minutes before closing, and the front desk insisted we pay immediately before entering. Couldn't they just charge it to the room card, or let us sit down and pay a little later? Also, they strictly ration Nongfu Spring water in the rooms, providing only two bottles per day. If you want more, you get a different brand of bottled water. Is this really the service for a 1.5k room? I had already chosen to extend my stay in the same room at 11 PM on the day of check-in, yet no one contacted me about renewing the room card until 6:27 PM the next day. Good service should be seamless and unobtrusive, but every little thing here made us uncomfortable. I hope the experience improves if I have a chance to visit again.

The room type I stayed in was quite spacious, including the bathroom, and came with a king-size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows. The room was bright and airy. From the window, I could enjoy the night view of Chengde, and during the day, a river view. They provided complimentary welcome snacks and hot spring tickets. The staff were always smiling and very courteous. Every time I visit Chengde, I choose to stay at this hotel. The hotpot set menu at the 2nd-floor restaurant is also a highlight; the portions of meat, vegetables, fish, and shrimp were generous, and the service was excellent.

The room is clean and tidy, the details are thoughtful and considerate, and the price-performance ratio is high. Although there is no breakfast, it is convenient to order KFC breakfast takeaway. The mutton soup nearby is good, and a large sesame cake is enough for 2 people. It's very fast to get a taxi downstairs. There is a dedicated underground parking space.

The hotel is very close to the South Station, yet the area is quiet. It's incredibly convenient for ordering takeout, dining, and shopping nearby. The room was also spotless. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This stay truly surprised me! The hotel exterior is grand, and at night, the lights create such a great ambiance โจ
๐ The room facilities are very new, and the hygiene details are perfectly handled, making for a super comfortable stay~
๐ What impressed me most was the complimentary Chengde specialty drink, Lulu! The glass bottle packaging felt so nostalgic, and it tasted just like childhood๐
๐ The points redemption program is also fantastic! You can even earn points by writing a review to offset room fees, which is incredibly cost-effective!

The hotel's location is great, and the lobby is spacious and bright with a relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, and the bedding was changed daily, which was refreshing and comfortable. The high-definition LCD TV had clear picture quality and many channels, perfect for watching shows in the evening to unwind. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient with check-in, always ready to answer any questions. The guest services (GSM) were attentive and proactively asked if I was settling in well; they were thoughtful and meticulous throughout my stay, making it a worry-free and reliable experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Guest UserThis stay experience far exceeded expectations, must give full praise! The hotel is in a great location, not far from the subway station, the surrounding business districts, specialty restaurants are complete, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The lobby is clean and tidy, the aroma is soothing, and the fatigue of the journey is relieved as soon as you enter the door. The front desk staff was gentle and courteous, the check-in was efficient and fast, and the breakfast time and the location of the laundry room were actively informed. They also warmly recommended local play routes, and the intimate details were full.
The rooms are spacious and bright, with good lighting, the whole house is spotless, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the quality of toiletries is online. The mattress is moderately hard and soft, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the room is excellently soundproofed, the night is very quiet, and there is no interference in sleeping overnight. WiFi signal is stable, TV can be screened, facilities are complete and easy to use.
