入住體驗很好，交通便捷，出行便利，乾淨衞生。

地理位置非常便利，出門就有早點鋪，離避暑山莊近的太方便了，小區內有私家車位。不過雖然有廚房，但是不能做飯，茶杯水杯需要自帶。客廳沒有窗簾，在一樓晚上很不方便，會被路過的人看到屋內。房東很熱情，房子總體來説還是有性價比的。
