前台和保潔態度都非常好，會幫助攙扶長者，會幫忙拿箱子，熱心熱情，着重表揚前台小耿和其他幾位前台美女，地理位置挺好，買東西方便，機器人送餐也非常方便

1.酒店地理位置非常好。交通便利，門口車站多，乘車、打的都方便，步行幾分鐘就到避暑山莊麗正門。酒店緊鄰武烈河、熱河，河對岸是羅漢山。步行兩分鐘就有小吃街，特色風味和中檔飯店都有。
2.酒店還免費安排了專業導遊，景點講解生動有趣，出行時熱情照顧遊客（上下車主動攙扶我八十多歲的父母），耐心為遊客拍照。讓我們的旅行充實而愉悦。
3.酒店房間設計簡潔緊湊，打掃得乾淨、整潔，所有的服務員都是笑意盈盈，熱情周到，讓我們有賓至如歸的温馨。
4.尤其是酒店的早餐特別豐盛，受到我高齡父母的誇讚。
