老闆人很好，衞生條件不錯，在小區裏，環境安靜，沒有噪音，能夠充分休息，趕上國考人多，價格實惠，性價比不錯，離大學城很近，很方便看考場，小區門口美食店也不少，滿足吃貨需求

房間有一個1.6米的大床，有空調，很舒適。衞生間有熱水和洗浴用品，可以洗浴。房間乾淨衞生也很好。雖然房間空間不是很大，但這個價格住着也很划算了
