客棧位置不錯，附近吃飯的地方很多，離避暑山莊、小布達拉宮、承德博物館都很近，附近可租用的電動車也很多，方便出行，去各個景點騎電動車都能到達。
定的家庭房，被安排在一層最裡麪，客棧沒電梯，房間衞生挺乾淨的，無異味，對面有停車場可以免費停車，前台可以購買景點門票、演出門票，很便利。唯一缺點是有點不隔音，但也還好。
帶娃出行住這裏還是很方便的，下次還會選擇入住的。

房間裏設施比較舊，還算乾淨，就是衞生間水龍頭實在水垢太多了，淋浴的噴頭也很老，出水量很小，而且水温也不好控制。
位置十分便利，對門就是羊湯，停車場在酒店對面也是免費的（離店給停車券）
步行到避暑山莊也就10分鐘（東門）
附近吃飯也很便利，步行可至博物館。
酒店工作人員挺熱情的，態度也很好，還主動幫忙聯繫票務（店裡訂有一點點優惠，幅度不大）
週末帶娃出行，考慮便利因素還是挺推薦的。

位置和環境都不錯。有一點需要注意，客棧有三層，但是是沒有電梯的，行李多的住在樓上有點麻煩。但我們入住時服務人員特別貼心的幫我們拎行李，我們還挺不好意思的。
住在三層透過窗户可以看到棒槌山。晚上還亮燈。不錯的。
車可以停在對面的停車場，很便捷。停車場還有一家五口的喵星人。
連住了兩天，次日會來幫我們打掃房間並更換洗漱用品.水不夠還可以請服務員幫忙再拿幾瓶。
洗澡用水遇到了問題，水流很小，還不熱。可能是使用高峯。店家及時表達了歉意，態度很好。
總的來説不錯。有應必答。

硬件設施：酒店裝修富麗堂皇，房間佈置精美，每一處都透露出對客人的用心和關懷，床鋪舒適，設施齊全。
地理位置：位置便利，周邊設施齊全，離市中心和景區都很近，交通便利。
