房間不錯的也大，乾淨衞生，床很舒服。前台小姐姐服務很棒，特別耐心的給我推薦晚餐。酒店的早餐也不錯，下次來還住這兒。有個建議提一下：衞生間的水有點小了，沖勁不夠。

服務態度非常好，酒店環境設施也很不錯，距離避暑山莊步行二十分鐘左右吧，入住有小食水果，離店還送水和小禮物，下次來還會入住

承德熱河府酒店沒有讓我失望很好。每一位服務員都面帶微笑，前台的還有搞衞生的都見面問好，特別有禮貌，時刻為客人着想，房間乾淨整潔，衞生到位，還送了水果小吃和伴手禮，服務周到，有家的感覺。早餐也不錯，餐廳乾淨整潔。下次去承德還會住這個酒店。贊👍
