承德風箏節門票和風箏禮包一個？？？
預訂的時候上面寫着有這些服務。
結果孩子去前台拿，等了20多分鐘，讓我們去大門口的服務區拿。我們開車到了大門口服務區，又説讓我們去前台拿。一個小風箏，外面就賣10塊錢，至於嗎？前後浪費了快半個小時。如果沒有這項服務就不要寫；如果有就做好指示牌。
硬件設施還湊活兒，但是服務真得堪憂。
一家人訂了2間房，硬給拆成了A、B兩棟樓，見一面都要跨越山川大海了。
服務一定要加強！！！
